| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis,collect and analyze the clinical data to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tonifying qi,promoting blood circulation and tongbi prescription,and to provide objective basis for further promoting the clinical application of Buqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoction.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,a total of 98 patients who were treated in the Endocrinology Department of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected after screening by the enrollment criteria and randomly divided into the treatment group or the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.Object.After the enrolled patients have undergone routine clinical treatment,the control group plan: mecobalamin tablets,0.5 mg each time,3 times a day;treatment group plan: on the basis of the control group,add Buqi Huoxue Tongbi Recipe,one 1 dose a day,2 times a day.The two groups received 2 courses of treatment,1 course of treatment for 4 weeks.Collect pre-treatment and post-treatment data,and compare between the two groups to test the effectiveness of Buqi Huoxue Tongbi Recipe in the treatment of diabetic peripheral lesions of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Results:1.Baseline comparison: There was no significant difference in age,gender,and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),and the comparability was good.2.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group is85.71%,the total effective rate of the control group is 61.22%,the effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The two groups were compared before and after treatment,and both decreased after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,between the treatment group and the observation group,the decrease in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).0.05),indicating that the treatment group can better improve TCM syndromes.4.Comparison of MDNS scores:In the comparison of MDNS scores before and after treatment,the MDNS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;in the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment The decrease in MDNS score of the group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group had a better effect in reducing the MDNS score.5.Comparison of nerve conduction velocity: The nerve conduction velocity of the two groups increased after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment programs of the two groups are effective in improving the MNCV and SNCV of the nerve;compare the results of the data between the two groups after treatment,The treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a greater advantage in improving nerve conduction velocity.6.Comparison of SOD level: In the intra-group comparison of the treatment plan before and after intervention,the SOD level of the treatment group increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the SOD level of the observation group did not change significantly(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group plan has The utility of increasing the level of SOD.7.Comparison of glycosylated hemoglobin levels: The glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the two groups have not shown no significant changes before and after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups’ treatment options are less likely to affect blood sugar.Conclusion:In the treatment of peripheral neuropathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes mellitus,compared with single-drug application,the combination of Buqi Huoxue Tongbi Recipe combined with mecobalamin tablets has visible advantages: It can significantly reduce patients’ symptoms,reduce TCM syndrome scores and MDNS scores,and improve the nerve conduction speed,which is beneficial to the enhancement of the body’s antioxidant capacity,and has good safety,less possibility of causing blood sugar fluctuations,and high clinical application value.It can be promoted and used,and there is room for further research. |
