Purpose:This topic by copying the DPN rats model,to observe the Qige Tongluo Recipe the body weight,blood sugar,pain threshold,sciatic nerve tissue morphology and TLR4/nf-kappa B signal protein and gene expression,the reveals that Qige Tongluo Recipe for thetreatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats,and to further explore the exact mechanis,to develop new drugs and clinical treatment to provide substantial and scientific theoretical basis and experimental basis.Method:8 weeks old healthy SD male rats were selected,and 12 rats were randomly reserved as control group,and the other rats were established with DPN model.The model drug was used with 1%concentration of streptozotocin,with a dose of 55mg/kg,and the injection site was lower left abdominal cavity.The rats were divided into four groups,the western medicine metformin group,the Qige Tongluo Recipe high and low dose treatment group.Gavage was administered for 12 weeks.The rats were put to death and the indexes were measured.Result:The blood glucose and pain threshold of DPN rats were increased,weight was decreased,and the content of TLR4/nf-kappa Bprotein and gene expression of sciatic nerve were significantly increased.However,the blood glucose,pain threshold,TLR4/nf-kappa B protein and gene expression of Qige Tongluo Recipe decoction were significantly lower in the high-dose group than in the other experimental group.All DPN rats showed sciatic nerve injury of different degrees,but the sciatic nerve injury of the group with high dosage of Qige Tongluo Recipe was less.Conclusion:The Qige Tongluo Recipecan obviously improve rats drinking,eating,urine and angular symptoms,TLR4/nf-kappa B signaling pathways and gene expression of the protein content has the obvious adjustment.It can be seen that the Qige Tongluo Recipe has certain control and protection effect on DPN,and its mechanism may be related to the prevention of TLR4/nf-kappa B. |
