Clinical Study Of Sanhuang Oil Gauze In Promoting Wound Healing Of Low Anal Fistula Postoperative With Dampness-heat Diffusing Downward

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang oil gauze in promoting postoperative wound healing of low anal fistula in the type of dampness-heat diffusing downward.Methods:100 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.Both groups received conventional treatment before and after surgery.On the first day after the operation,the observation group was treated with daily dressing change of Sanhuang oil gauze,while the control group was treated with daily dressing change of vaseline gauze.The degree of wound pain of the two groups were observed and recorded on the 3rd,7th and 14th day after the operation;the growth of wound granulation and wound healing rate were observed and recorded on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st day after the operation and the time needed for the completion of the wound healing was recorded.The overall efficacy of the two groups was observed on the 30th day after the operation.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the analysis of general data such as patient age,gender,disease course and initial wound area(P>0.05),which was comparable.The degree of pain relief in the observation group on day 3 and 7 was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).On days 7,14,and 21,the observation group was superior to the control group in granulation growth and wound healing rate(P<0.05),and the wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The cure rate on day 30 was 93.88%in the observation group and 80%in the control group.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dressing change of Sanhuang oil gauze can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain degree of patients with low anal fistula in the type of dampness-heat diffusing downward,promote the growth of wound granulation tissue,improve the rate of wound healing and shorten the time of wound healing and there is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment process,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
