Modification Of Shenqi Pills For PCOS Infertility Patients With Deficiency Of Kidney And Liver Depression Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of IVF Assisted Pregnancy

Objective:This topic combines the motherland medicine with In Vitro Fertilization(IVF)technology,according to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with many years of clinical experience of the instructor,observe the addition and subtraction of Shenqi Pills to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Syndrome(PCOS)infertile patients,the clinical efficacy of IVF assisted pregnancy,further explore the application of Shenqi pills in the field of IVF,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Method:In this study,90 pationts who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was given Shenqi Pills plus or minus oral administration for two menstrual cycles after Jingjing or withdrawal bleeding,and was given life guidance during the fresh cycle.She was given a short-acting and long-term ovulation-promoting treatment,and she continued to take Shenqi Pills until the trigger day.The control group was only given life guidance for two menstrual cycles.Record and compare the basic condition of the two groups of patients,the use of gonadotropin(Gn)in the process of superovulation,the hormone level on the trigger day,the egg acquisition status and the occurrence of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome(OHSS)Situation,pregnancy after transplantation.Use SPSS 25.0 for data analysis.Result:1.There is no statistically significant difference between the general condition of the two groups of patients and the auxiliary examination(P>0.05);2.The E2,P,and LH levels on the trigger day of the two groups were also not statistically different(P>0.05);3.The number of eggs obtained by the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05),but the number of mature eggs,The fertilization rate,cleavage rate and excellent embryo rate were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of OHSS in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4 The number of days and dosage of Gn in the observation group was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.The biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,and embryo implantation rate in the observation group after transplantation were significantly higher than the control group,the difference There was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the miscarriage rate between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:The modification of Shenqi Pills can enhance the sensitivity of the ovaries to Gn,reduce the clinical use of Gn and the number of days used,and can improve the quality of oocytes,thereby improving the quality of embryos,increasing the pregnancy rate and implantation rate,and reducing the incidence of OHSS.The modification of Shenqi Pills can improve pregnancy outcomes,and is worthy of clinical application.
