| Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of Qingwei yumi granules on the patients with Chronic erosive gastritis with dampness and heat of spleen and stomach,and to provide an effective,safe and simple TCM treatment plan for clinic.Methods: 60 patients with chronic erosive gastritis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each according to the principle of randomization.The observation group was given Qingwei yumi granules orally,while the control group was given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets and compound bismuth aluminate granules orally,with a course of 4 weeks.If helicobacter pylori(HP)was positive,all patients were given quadruple therapy for 2 weeks.Observed and recorded the changes of TCM symptoms,gastric mucosa erosion and helicobacter pylori before and after the treatment,and evaluated the efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)Curative effect of TCM syndromes: both groups showed significant improvement after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly better than 80.00% of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of symptoms of epigastric burning,epigastric distention,epigastric pain,bitter mouth and halitosis,thirst and no desire to drink,yellow urine in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference between the two groups in sticky stool and nausea with loss of appetite(P>0.05).(2)Efficacy of gastric mucosa:the erosion of gastric mucosa in both groups was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,obviously better than 73.33% of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Clinical comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,and that of the control group was 70%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Negative conversion rate of HP: the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the negative conversion rate(88.24%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(71.43%).There were no adverse reactions during the treatment in either group.Conclusion: Qingwei yumi granules has a good clinical effect on Chronic erosive gastritis with dampness and heat of spleen and stomach.It can obviously relieve symptoms and improve TCM syndromes,especially has remarkable effect in relieving burning pain of epigastric cavity,bitter mouth and halitosis,thirst and no desire to drink,and yellow urine.It can effectively improve the erosion of gastric mucosa and promote the repair of gastric mucosa.However,the combination of quadruple therapy fails to significantly improve the negative conversion rate of HP.In addition,the formula has good safety and no adverse reactions. |
