Clinical Observation On Leg Vernous Ulcer Of Downward Flow Of Damp-heat Type With Bai Fu Kang Fluid

Objective:To observe the self-made external use BaiFuKang liquid on the clinical curative effect of treating type alluvial ulcer wound,damp-heat type deposition for syndrome differentiation treatment ulcer to explore effective drugs.Methods:Will be included in the standard sedimentation ulcer patients(damp-heat type),randomly selected 60 patients,among them,the treatment group 30 cases of patients,30 cases of control group.Topical treatment,the treatment group used the pharmaceutical BaiFuKang fluid control application new liquid recovery routine dressing change,once a day,28 days for observation period.Observe and record the change of the indicators of the treatment group and control group,including the change of the ulcer area,exudation around the wound,the growth of granulation tissue and wound pain symptoms.The overall outcome is based on the change of the before and after treatment of wound area to take statistical analysis and processing.Application and turn this sticker covered with wounds to calculate the area of ulcer,thin red line is drawn along the wound edge,according to turn this sticker on the number of squares to calculate the wound area,respectively in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with ulcer area is recorded.Wound exudation,granulation tissue at the same time,the change of pain rating is based on the wound of graded,assess the curative effect of before and after treatment.Using SPSS 17.0 software for data statistics processing.Result:1、The treatment group and control group respectively,the wound area in 28 days later,oozy,pain,granulation tissue growth pattern is compared with before treatment,has the obvious changes(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2、Comparing the treatment group and control group,the total effective rate was 89.66%in treatment group,control group total effective rate was 75.00%,the treatment group in improving the area of the wound,granulation tissue,pain,seepage is better than that in control group.Conclusion:1、The effect of BaiFuKang fluid on the treatment of damp-heat type is remarkable.2、BaiFuKang fluid can obviously improve the area,seepage,pain and granulation tissue of the wound surface,and no adverse reaction in the treatment is worth the application promotion...
