The Research Of Promoting The Combination Medical Care And Pension Support In Gansu Province

At the end of 20 th Century,our country appeared the phenomenon of population ageing,the elderly population is increasing,especially disability people and semi disabled people are increasing,the degree of population ageing deeply.By the end of2013,the degree of Chinese ageing is increasing,the elder population accounts for14.8% of the total population,the number of the elder population reached to 200 million.In order to alleviate the pressure of ageing and break through the bottleneck of the population of ageing.The State Council promulgated the policy of accelerating the development of pension service: expected to 2020,it should be a construction of a complete set of security.All of elder people can enjoy the life care,medical care and spiritual comfort and other aspects of the combination of medical care and pension support service.At the same time,every region should develop the model of combination medical care and pension support center,promote the activities of the elder population health center and a series of related facilities.In 2016,Gansu Province responded the national policies,promulgated the policy of promoting the model of combination medical care and pension support in Gansu Province.In the meeting,Lanzhou and Longnan were chosen for start the plan.Through the methods of reading literature,data analysis,interviews,questionnaire research.As an example of first pilot of combination medical care and pension support--the old service center of Jiuquan road in Lanzhou city.Analysis the present situation and difficulties of Gansu Province,put forward to promote strategy of the model of combination medical care and pension support in Gansu Province.In the introduction part,I used the literature analysis method to collect internal and foreign data of the model of combination medical care and pension support.Put forward the key points,difficulties,innovations and writing ideas.The first chapter writes the background and significance of the combination model of medical and pension care,and the different combination of several types of medical support in our province.The second chapter is the focus of this paper,as an example of the old service center on Jiuquan Road in Lanzhou city,using the method of questionnaire,interview,tointerview the service center staff and the elder people,to analyze the difficulty of development in Gansu Province.From two aspects of the external environment and the internal structure to describe the difficulties faced by.The third chapter summarizes the experience of the developed countries,comparison of the development mode to learn from it.In the fourth chapter,through the analysis of the difficulties in the development of the model of combination medical care and pension support and learn the experience of developed countries,find a way to promote the combination mode of medical care and pension support in our province.Finally,makes a brief summary,and puts forward some problems to be improved.
