| Under the background of "Healthy China",China vigorously advocates the concept of health management and implements health management related policies.The government and society more and more concerned about the health of the elderly because of the reality of the aging of the population.As the basic unit of elderly services,study on community health management more targeted and practical significance.As a large city with the highest degree of aging in China,the research on community health management of the elderly in Shanghai is typical and representative.By means of field research,including questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and statistical analysis,this paper makes a thorough study and analysis on the health management of the elderly in Shanghai community.In reference to the literature at home and abroad the research on the collation,induction and comparison of the elderly health management.At the same time,the residents of Shanghai community and community workers are interviewed by questionnaire and in-depth interviews to study and analyze the actual situation of community health management for the elderly.In addition,to quantify the necessary data in the survey the use of statistical analysis method,which makes the study more rigorous and scientific.The full text consists of eight chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,the literature review at home and abroad and the research ideas and research methods;the second chapter introduces the basic concepts and theoretical support of health management;the third chapter introduces the essential characteristics and necessity of community elderly health management;the fourth chapter introduces the current situation of community elderly health management inShanghai,including the policy background and the implementation of Shanghai community health management,and empirical research and related data analysis are carried out in this chapter;Chapter 5 analyses the problems and causes of Shanghai community health management for the elderly;Chapter 6 mainly introduces the current situation of the elderly health management at home and abroad and its experience and inspiration;Chapter7 state the current path and countermeasures and suggestions focus on the construction of community health management service system for the elderly in Shanghai,based on the results of the study.The last chapter makes a final summary and outlook on the main research issues.Through the study of the current situation of the implementation of health management for the elderly in Shanghai community,it is found that there are still imbalances between demand and supply,imperfect legal support and inadequate supervision mechanism in the healthy development of health management for the elderly in community,which lead to many work items becoming superficial.Although there are health management behaviors such as health tracking and health intervention for the elderly who have signed general practitioners,due to lack of communication and inadequate health management for the elderly,there is a long-term concept deviation that has not been correctly guided.That is to say,a considerable many people’s health management consciousness still stays at the level of paying close attention to the treatment and treatment of diseases,and and they do not really understand health management.The purpose of this paper is to build and improve the elderly health management service system through in-depth analysis and research on the elderly health management in Shanghai community.We should further clarify the responsibilities of the government,society and individuals in the health management of the elderly,create a good atmosphere in which the government cares about the health of the elderly,the society cares about the health of the elderly and the individual pays attention to health,so as to make the health management of the elderly more scientific and reasonable,and establish a long-term management mechanism. |
