Study On Construction And Practice Effect Of Healthy House Community Health Service Pattern In Shuimogou District,Urumqi Municipality

Objectives: Through developing and utilizing the work management system of the healthy house,and the health information management system of each management workstation and region,it drives scientific operation and use of the healthy house;through questionnaire,it knows the construction and current situation of application of the healthy house,knows the community residents' satisfaction on the application of healthy house,analyzes main problems existing in the healthy house,advances countermeasures and suggestions for government to establish the healthy house scientifically to provide reference for developing the smart medical treatment service on the health of the whole people,changing the community health service pattern,and improving the service level of the community health service.Methods:(1)it uses Microsoft,Net Platform and three-layer network structure and Microsoft sqlserver2005 database design to realize the work management system of the healthy house,and the health information management system of each management workstation and region.(2)It selects 400 residents using the healthy house among five pilot communities in Shuimogou District of Urumqi Municipality and carries out questionnaire on the configuration,operation and satisfaction;and 372 effective questionnaires are reclaimed;the effective rate is 93%.It carries out descriptive statistical analysis,X2 inspection and Logistic regression analysis by SPSS19.0.Results:(1)it succeeds in designing and developing the work management system of the healthy house,and the health information management system of each management workstation and region,and develops 30 function modules;through pilot experience and actual application,the function positioning of the platform can meet the demands of community residents;and it is easy to use and maintain.(2)The questionnaire analysis displays that 90.3% of residents think that it is necessary or very necessary to construct the healthy house;the total satisfaction rate of the residents on the healthy house is 68.8%.The main factors for influencing the using satisfaction of the healthy house include: age,the necessity to construct the healthy house,sign orientation,technical level,service attitude,equipment and personnel allocation.The main factors for influencing the deep development of healthy house construction include shortage of expenditure and human resource,unclear function positioning,lacking of the qualified service people,insufficient publicity.Conclusion: The healthy house can provide free physical inspection,develop chronic disease management and health education on community residents,update the health files of community residents in real time dynamically,improve the informationalized level of community health service remarkably,provide a new community health service pattern for community health service,and provide more powerful health service guarantee for health of residents;the government shall increase the financial support power,enhance propaganda,and configure suitable service people,fully mobilize the mass enthusiasm in participation and therefore realize the complexion of win-win among government,mechanism and mass.
