| Objective:Through observing and evaluating the clinical efficacy of Sanhan Zhixie Formula in treating diarrhea(wind-cold type)in children,and discussing the composition analysis and medication principle of Sanhan Zhixie Formula,the theoretical basis of treating diarrhea(wind-cold type)in children with traditional Chinese medicine is further supplemented and perfected,and the basis for clinical application of Sanhan Zhixie Formula is provided.Method:A total of 72 children with diarrhea(wind-cold type)who met the criteria of integration of Chinese and Western medicine were collected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(36 cases in each group).The treatment group was given oral Sanhan Zhixie recipe and the control group was given oral Huoxiang Zhengqi granule for 5 days.By observing the improvement of main and secondary symptoms and the changes of symptom scores before and after treatment,the difference of curative effect between the two groups was evaluated.Result:1.After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment,P < 0.05 by statistical analysis,with statistical significance.2.After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P < 0.05,with statistical significance;the scores of abdominal pain,fever,chills and total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P < 0.05,with statistical significance;the scores of nasal obstruction and runny discharge symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P > 0.05,without statistical analysis.Learning meaning.3.After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and83.33% in the control group.The rank sum test was used to evaluate the efficacy ofthe two groups,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was tested twice,P > 0.05,with no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Both Sanhan Zhixie Formula and Huoxiang Zhengqi Granule can effectively treat diarrhea in children(wind-cold type),and the curative effect of Sanhan Zhixie Formula is better than Huoxiang Zhengqi Granule.2.Sanhan Zhixie Formula is superior to Huoxiang Zhengqi Granule in improving stool characteristics,stool frequency,bowel sounds,abdominal pain,fever and cold.3.Sanhan Zhixie Prescription has no adverse reactions during the implementation of this subject,and it is safe and has good clinical popularization value. |
