| Objective: Using randomized controlled methods,with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules for drug control,the changes of migraine symptoms of special evaluation scale and cold type migraine TCM symptom grading scale were observed before and after treatment and 1 months after treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety about Qufeng Sanhan Zhitong Decoction,and analyze its advantages from a clinical point of view,provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods: 60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and 30 cases in each group.The treatment group used Qufeng Sanhan Zhitong Decoction,by Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital medicine room automatic decoction machine,each agent fried 2 bag,200ml/ bag,2 bags a day,morning and evening meal half an hour each day 1 bags;the control group in acute stage with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 300mg/day,for taking time less than 10 days,the total course of less than 15 days;to ease the prevention taking Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 5-10 mg,1 times every night.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks,the changes of the two groups were observed about migraine symptom assessment scale and the cold type of migraine TCM symptom grading scale before and after treatment and 1 months after treatment,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results: 1,The results of migraine special symptoms evaluation scale:(1)After treatment,the scores of migraine symptoms in the two groups were significantly decreased;and compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.(2)1 months after treatment,the treatment group compared again about migraine symptoms In the group,the individual and the total score were not statistically significant;the control group also were integral in comparison,had no significant differences in the duration of headache,it had differences in the headache attack frequency and degree,and accompanied by symptoms,it had a significant difference in the overall points.2,Evaluation of TCM syndrome score scale of wind cold type migraine:(1)The scores of the treatment group decreased obviously after treatment,it had significant difference compared with before treatment.The control group,after treatment,the integral in the even of back pain,often wrapped head,aversion to cold,pale mouth thirst and the total score decreased significantly,had statistically significant difference;the integral declined in floating and tight pulse,had significant difference.After treatment,there was a statistical difference in the scores of wind chill and total score between the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the remainder items.(2)At the end of the course and 1 months after,the two groups had respective comparison of TCM syndrome scores,the points were no statistically significant.3,Treatment effect evaluation:(1)The curative effect of the two groups at the end of the course of treatment,the treatment group was cured 3 people,significant effective 12 people,effective 11 people,invalid 4 people,the total effective rate was 86.67%;the control group was cured 2 people,significant effective 9 people,effective 16 people,invalid 3 people,the total effective rate was 90%;the result indicated that the treatment group and the control group have the same curative effect.(2)1 months after the end of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared with the efficacy again,the treatment group 3 were cured,10 markedly effective,13 effective,4 ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%;in the control group cured 2 patients,4 cases markedly effective,13 effective,11 ineffective,the total efficiency of 37%.The result shows that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: 1,Qufeng Sanhan Zhitong Decoction for the treatment about migraine of cold,improvement in patients with western medicine clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes had same treatment effect compared with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.2,Qufeng Sanhan Zhitong Decoction for the treatment of cold type migraine,long-term effect was clear in the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with western medicine treatment,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules had no obvious long-term effect.3,There is no adverse reaction in the treatment of Qufeng Sanhan Zhitong Decoction,and it is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of migraine due to wind cold type. |
