Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongmai Recipe On Hemorrhagic Stroke Recovery Period (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai recipe on hemorrhagic stroke recovery period(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),this paper evaluates its curative effect and safety,and gives scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods:74 patients who met the test criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The control group received routine treatment of western medicine,actively controlling blood pressure,blood sugar,nutrition nerve,etc.The treatment group added Yiqi Tongmai recipe on the basis of the control group.The treatment time of both groups was 30 days,and the scores of TCM syndrome,nerve function defect level,activity of daily living(ADL)were evaluated before and after treatment,and the improvement level was observed and the clinical curative effect was evaluated.At the same time,the safety index was observed and its safety was evaluated.Results:1 The clinical curative effect of Yiqi Tongmai recipe group was better than that of control group in the recovery period of hemorrhagic stroke(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).After the treatment,the total effective rate was 94.59%(P < 0.05).2 After 30 days of treatment,the scores of the two groups in the TCM syndrome and the neurological deficit score were reduced,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3 In the ability of daily living,the scores of ADL in the two groups increased after treatment,and the living self-care in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).4 In terms of safety,there were no abnormal conditions in the two groups of safety indexes,no adverse reactions and events occurred,and the safety was higher.Conclusion:Yiqi Tongmai recipe is effective in treating hemorrhagic stroke(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).It can significantly improve the symptom of TCM syndrome integral and nerve function defect,improve its ability of daily living,and its clinical safety is high.
