The Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Zhisou Recipe In The Treatment Of Recovery Period Of Bronchopneumonia (Pneumonia Asthma Of Lung-qi Deficiency Type) In Children

Objective: Through clinical observation and evaluation of the curative effect of Yiqi Zhisou Decoction on convalescent stage of bronchopneumonia in children(pneumonia and asthma of pulmonary-spleen deficiency type),to provide the basis for the clinical application of Yiqi Zhisou recipe in the treatment of Infantile Bronchopneumonia convalescent stage(pneumonia asthma of lung-spleen deficiency type).Methods:A total of 72 children with bronchial pneumonia in convalescent stage(pneumonia with deficiency of lung-qi and asthma)who met the inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were collected in this study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Yiqi Zhisou Fang orally,while the control group was given Xiaoer Feike Granule orally.The treatment course of the two groups was 7 days.By statistical analysis of the changes of symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the difference of the curative effect between the two groups was evaluated.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.2.After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.3.After treatment,there were 11 cases,16 cases,5 cases and 2 cases in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 94.12%.There were 8 cases,9 cases,11 cases and6 cases in the control group.The total effective rate was 82.35%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment,P > 0.05.Rank sum testanalysis showed that the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both Yiqi Zhisou Formula and Xiaoer Feike Granule can effectively treat the convalescent stage of Infantile Bronchopneumonia(pneumonia asthma due to deficiency of lung and spleen qi),and Yiqi Zhisou Formula is superior to Xiaoer Feike Granule in improving symptoms and signs.2.Yiqi Zhisou Recipe has no obvious adverse reactions in the course of this project research,and has good safety,which has wide promotion value.
