Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tong Pulse Dispersion In Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Recovery(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of yiqi tong pulse dispersion in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke recovery,and to confirm its advantages and treatment characteristics,as well as to evaluate its significance for clinical applicaction,and provides scientific evidences for yiqi tong pulse dispersion in clinical treatment for qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke recovery..Methods: According to random number table method,60 patients included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group: Given conventional drugs aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride(100mg before bedtime bayer healthcare service)and atorvastatin calcium tablet(Beijing jia Lin pharmaceutical co.,LTD.10 mg bed clothing);Avoid the use of yiqi huoxue proprietary Chinese medicine during the treatment.Treatment group: in the control group on the basis of add yiqi tong pulse dispersion(red ginseng100 g notoginseng100g Salvia300 g miltiorrhiza eupolyphaga200 g leech100g rhubarb80 g to supply all the drugs in our hospital for herbal room,use our crushing machine machine grind powder),3g each time,three times erery day,warm boiled water a blunt.Treatment: two groups are continuous treatment for 3 months,before the start of treatment and related indicators observed after treatment.Results: This clinical study participants included observation of 60 cases,including 2 cases caused by lost to fall off.For qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke recovery treatment,the symptoms of the treatment group total effective rate was 95.67%,control group total effective rate was 85.67%,the t experience,P < 0.05,statistically significant differences.To qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke recovery period syndrome treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 95.67%,significantly better than the control group was 75.67%,statistically significant difference.Conclusion: Through the clinical curative effect of yiqi tong pulse dispersion of statistical analysis,the results prove that yiqi tong pulse dispersion curative effect is superior to control group in improving the nervous system,in the aspect of TCM symptoms curative effect was better than control group,worth clinical recommendations.
