The Therapeutic Effect Of Yiqi Tongmai Formula On Qi Deficiency,blood Stasis And Phlegm In Acute Ischemic Stroke And The Effect Of Serum VEGF And AngⅡ

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongmai recipe in the treatment of qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction in acute ischemic stroke,and to explore the mechanism of Yiqi Tongmai recipe by analyzing its effect on the contents of vascular endothelial growth factor(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)and angiogenin-Ⅱ(AngⅡ)in serum,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods: 74 patients with acute cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Encephalopathy and Emergency Department of Henan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Tongmai recipe for 14 days.The diagnosis and curative effect score of stroke,TCM syndrome score,(NIHSS)score of National Institutes of Health Stroke scale,Barthel index score and the changes of VEGF and Angii in serum were observed and compared between the two groups before and 14 days after treatment.The data were processed and analyzed by SPSS21.0 software to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongmai recipe.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy(1)In the evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndrome scores,after 14 days of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was about 91.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was about 72.22%.The treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In terms of the effectiveness of the NIHSS score evaluation,after 14 days of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was about 94.44%,and the effective rate of the control group was about 77.78%.The treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of scalesAfter 14 days of treatment,The scores of diagnosis and curative effect,TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of patients in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of each scale in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Barthel index was higher than that before treatment,and the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of serum VEGF and AngⅡ contentAfter 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum VEGF and Ang Ⅱ in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.Security situationThe 74 patients with ischemic stroke included in this study,there were no obvious adverse reactions and adverse events in the course of treatment.Conclusion:Yiqi Tongmai recipe is effective in treating the type of qi deficiency,bloo d stasis and phlegm in acute ischemic apoplexy.It can significantly improve th e clinical symptoms,syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm,and p romote the recovery of neurological function and activities of daily life.This may be related to the fact that Yiqi Tongmai recipe can significantly increase t he contents of serum VEGF and Angii,induce angiogenesis,promote the establ ishment of collateral circulation and accelerate the recovery of neurological fun ction.At the same time,the party has good security.
