Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Liver And Kidney Deficiency) By Bizheng Yihao Prescription Combined With Small Needle-knife

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of treating Knee Osteoarthritis of Liver and Kidney Deficiency by Bizheng Yihao prescription combined with small needle-knife,and to analyze and discuss the results.Methods60 cases with Knee Osteoarthritis(Liver and Kidney Deficiency),admitted to the Bone Injury Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM),from February 2018 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Bizheng Yihao,an experienced prescription by Professor Zhang Jianfu.Method of taking: All of them were decocted by decocting machine of our hospital.Each decoction was decocted 400 ml in water,one dose a day.After meals,they were taken warmly,200 ml each time.The control group was given Tenghuang Jiangu tablets(Fang Shengtang),2 g each time,twice a day,warm water delivery after meals;At the same time,both groups were given small needle-knife treatment,once a week,twice for a course of treatment,drug 4 weeks for a course of treatment.The scores of Pain VAS,WOMAC and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were recorded.Follow-up was conducted 4 weeks after treatment,and Pain VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score were recorded.Results1.Pain VAS score comparison: The repeated measurement variance analysis showed that the Pain VAS score of the two groups was F=12.891,P=0.001,time factor F=264.585,P=0.000,time-group interaction F=7.039,P=0.002,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Comparison of TCM syndromes integral: By repeated measurement variance analy-sis,it was found that the TCM syndromes integral of the two groups was F = 5.612,P = 0.021,time factor F = 346.656,P = 0.000,time-group interaction F = 37.900,P = 0.000,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparison of WOMAC scores: The results of repeated measurement variance analysis showed that the WOMAC scores of the two groups were F=4.070,P=0.048,time factor F=369.468,P=0.000,time-group interaction F=14.223,P=0.000.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Efficacy comparison: In the disease efficacy evaluation,the effective rate was 93.3% in the experimental group and 70.0% in the control group.In the evaluation of syndrome efficacy,the effective rate was 96.7% in the experimental group and 66.7% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant by rank sum test(P < 0.05);5.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.There was no significant difference in AST,ALT,Cr and SU between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).ConclusionBizheng Yihao prescription combined with small needle-knife has remarkable curative effect in treating Knee Osteoarthritis of Liver and Kidney Deficiency.It can relieve knee pain and improve joint function.In improving Pain VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score,the experimental group is superior to the control group,and the curative effect of the experimental group is more stable than that of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.In terms of safety evaluation,there are no adverse reactions between the two groups,suggesting that the combination of Bizheng Yihao prescription combined with small needle-knife prescription and the combination of Tenghuang Jiangu tablets and small needle-knife are safe in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis.
