| This article summarized knowledge of modern medicine for knee joint osteoarthritis, and described present conditions of Xiao Zhen Dao therapy for knee joint osteoarthritis at first. Then 42 patients enrolled were treated with Xiao Zhen Dao therapy and made clinical study.Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic of Xiao Zhen Dao therapy for knee joint osteoarthritis, and look into the future on that.Methods Choosing patients of knee joint osteoarthritis, we make clinical observation on pain index,swelling sign and index of knee function, and compare indexes of knee function between types of Chinese medicine before and after the treatment.Results Significant improvement was observed in pain indexes and swelling signs of knee joint osteoarthritis, and indexes of knee function were also improved while no apparently difference between types of Chinese medicine was found.Conclusion Xiao Zhen Dao therapy can relieve symptom and sign of knee joint osteoarthritis for certain, and improve knee function of patient. |
