| In the human cardiovascular system, the pulse wave is formed by the superimposition of the initial pulse wave and the reflected wave from the systemic vascular segment, thus containing abundant human physiological and pathological information. In order to provide theoretical support for pulse diagnosis and provide more convenient and cheaper diagnostic methods for cardiovascular diseases,a cardiovascular system model considering cardiopulmonary effects is established to study the influence of physical parameters related to cardiovascular system on hemodynamic parameters such as pulse wave, organ blood supply and so on.Based on the human 55-segment arterial tree model and Ursino’s cardiopulmonary model, this paper improves the cardiopulmonary model and establishes a human cardiovascular system model.By changing the cardiovascular parameters of the origin organs of the arterial tree and the end organs of the arterial tree, the 1st,2nd,3rd and 5th harmonics of the radial artery pulse wave were found in the heart, kidney, spleen and liver, respectively, through frequency domain analysis, which proved theoretically the objective relationship between organs and pulse wave harmonics.Through time-domain analysis,it was found that the systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressures of the radial pulse wave decreased with the increase of the heart’s valve resistance ratio, ventricular elastic modulus ratio, pulmonary vascular resistance ratio and compliance ratio, and increased with the increase of the resistance ratio of the branches of the organs at the end of the arterial tree.In addition, the heart and lungs have a significant impact on the blood supply of organs. The decrease of ventricular elasticity, the increase of cardiac valve resistance, the increase of pulmonary vascular compliance, and the increase of pulmonary vascular resistance will all lead to the decrease of blood supply per stroke in each organ, which may cause insufficient blood supply and harm the health of the body. Finally, quantitative analysis of cardiopulmonary regulation of hypertensive diseases has demonstrated that reducing ventricular elasticity or increasing pulmonary vascular compliance is a good way to regulate hypertension. In this paper, the objective relationship between organ and pulse wave harmonics is proved theoretically, but the formation mechanism of pulse and the characteristic parameters of evaluation of pulse wave need to be further studied,so as to clarify the corresponding relationship between pulse wave and cardiovascular disease, and provide convenient and efficient noninvasive diagnosis and treatment means. |
