| Pulse wave consists of a lot of information on human cardiovascular system. The researching on it is meaningful, since it helps diagnose and treat diseases, and also develop new medical instruments. The thesis is basically about cardiovascular system and pulse wave study.Contents are as follows:Basic knowledge about pulse wave, cardiovascular system, different kinds of modeling methods, the background, meaning and main objects of this study were presented at the first part of the thesis.Based upon Windkessel theory, 1-stage/3-stage Simulink models of human cardiovascular system were developed, sub-models' designing, parameters chosen, comparison between experimental results and clinical data were discussed then.The model developed was applied to various simulations with different parameters. The effect of single parameter to systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse pressure and dicroticrotism was studied through a series of pictures. Simulation of heart failure, high pressure & arteriosclerosis were taken and the relationship of parameters with pulse wave was discussed at last.Results can be partly used in the measuring instruments specially designed for cosmonauts in spacecraft. |
