With the rapid development of China’s economy and the gradual improvement of people’s quality of life,the number of patients with cardiovascular disease is increasing.According to the "China Cardiovascular Disease Report" shows that the incidence of cardiovascular disease and mortality rates accounted for the first of all diseases,has become a major public health problems.In China’s aging population trend,the situation is more severe.The traditional cardiovascular function parameters detector is divided into two categories:one for the detection function of a comprehensive machine,but the volume is too large,the price is high,the need for professional operations;and the other class,although the smaller,low prices,Easy to operate,but the detection function is simple,both of which there is a large application limitations.Therefore,the design of a miniaturization of the volume,simple operation,low prices,diversified detection of cardiovascular function parameter testing equipment for the prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease is of great significance.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the basic theory of hemodynamics,arterial elastic cavity and arterial pulse wave,and analyzes the mechanism and propagation characteristics of pulse wave.According to the characteristics of pulse wave signal,the common method of noise and interference of pulse wave signal is expounded.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of pulse wave waveform,an improved slope threshold method is proposed to extract the characteristic points of pulse wave waveform.Out of the specific implementation process.According to the physiological and pathological information of the pulse wave waveforms and the blood pressure information,the ten cardiovascular function parameters is calculated,and this paper detailed analysis of the meaning of cardiovascular parameters and derivation process.Secondly,this article designed a home cardiovascular function testing system.System hardware to ARM processor STM32F407ZGT as the core,designed the power management module,pulse wave acquisition module,blood pressure acquisition module,data storage module,system communication module and LCD display module.This paper focuses on the design of piezoelectric thin film pulse sensor based on PVDF,the design of system power module and the design of noise analysis,pulse wave removal noise and interference signal conditioning circuit.In the system software,the article first introduces the overall function of the system architecture,briefly describes the uC/OS-Ⅲ micro-real-time control system and STemWin graphical interface,focusing on the pulse wave signal acquisition process,the pulse wave waveform feature point extraction and blood pressure measurement of the realization,and briefly introduces the operation and running of the system.Finally,the algorithm of pulse wave waveform feature point extraction is verified by the radial pulse wave signal collected by the system.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has the advantages of good real-time performance,high accuracy,small calculation and so on.The reproducibility,stability,efficacy and accuracy of the cardiovascular system were analyzed by comparing with the standard BX-CFTI-100 cardiovascular test instrument.The experimental results showed that the cardiovascular function parameters detection system in this article is good repeatability,stable performance,accurate measurement results,can better respond to cardiovascular health status,especially for home cardiovascular disease prevention and health care.
