Objective: Based on the theory of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine and Wang Weigong's resonance diagnosis,pulse diagnosis instrument is applied to extract the cunkou pulse information of people with high blood pressure(hypertension and prehypertension)to find the correlation between pulse harmonic wave and high blood pressure.The relationship between sex,age,body mass stratification and blood pressure in normal blood pressure group and blood pressure elevation group was analyzed.It provides objective basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of hypertension and prehypertension,enriches the connotation of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,and confirms the pulse theory in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The cunkou pulse information,anthropometric indexes and personal basic information of 1116 adult volunteers were collected by pulse diagnostic apparatus,physical measurement tools and clinical questionnaire survey forms.After classification according to blood pressure,the adjusted samples were divided into normal blood pressure group and elevated blood pressure group.After fast Fourier transform(FFT),pulse diagnosis information is normalized and normalized,and then two groups of harmonic information studies are carried out:(1)describing the general situation of normal blood pressure and people with elevated blood pressure;(2)comparing the age,gender difference,WHt R and BMI of the two groups;(3)Finding out different characteristic harmonics through single factor comparison of two groups of eleven harmonics;(4)Conduct collinearity analysis on characteristic harmonics to find out independent characteristic harmonics(5)Conduct factor analysis on independent characteristic harmonics to extract common common factor(6)Common factor and other difference variables to be included in regression test to find out factors related to the risk of blood pressure rise.Results:(1)614 cases(62.27%)in normal blood pressure group and 372cases(37.73%)in elevated blood pressure group.(2)there were significant differences in age,sex,WHt R and BMI between the normal blood pressure group and the hypertension group(P <0.01).(3)The comparison of eleven harmonics between the two groups shows that the harmonics in the group with elevated blood pressure are significantly higher than those in the group with normal blood pressure.There were significant statistical differences in C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C8,C9 secondary waves(P < 0.01).The difference between C10 and C11 waves was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C8,C9 are not considered multicollinearity.The VIF values of C11 and C10 are all greater than 10,which should be discarded.(5)In factor analysis,F1 water vapor metabolism related factors(C2,C5,C8,C9)were extracted to correspond to the energy levels of kidney,stomach,large intestine,triple energizer viscera and their meridians respectively.F2 is named as blood circulation related factors including C1,C3 and C4,which correspond to the energy levels of liver,spleen,lung,viscera and their meridians.(6)Regression analysis showed that blood operation related factors,age,gender,BMI grade were correlated with the risk of blood pressure rise.Blood movement factor is significantly related to the risk of blood pressure rise.The high energy of this factor corresponds to the low risk of blood pressure rise(OR=0.715,95% CI: 0.602~0.850).The risk of blood pressure rise in the middle-aged and elderly(?45 years old)is 2.726 times higher than that in young people(95 95% CI: 1.772~ 4.194);).The risk of male blood pressure rise is 0.253 times that of female(95%CI:0.181~0.354););The risk of blood pressure rise in underweight patients is 0.517 times higher than that in normal weight patients(95% CI:0.181~0.354);).The risk of hypertension in overweight or obese persons is 1.793 times higher than that in normal persons(95% CI:1.283~2.508)Conclusions:1.The pulse harmonic intensity of each part in the group with high blood pressure is higher than that in the group with normal blood pressure,and the pulse with high blood pressure has the characteristics of "forceful pulse";2.The main responsibility of the group with high blood pressure is liver and spleen,which are related to lung;3.The related factors of blood operation in the group with high blood pressure are the protective factors of high blood pressure.This paper reveals the basic pathogenesis of "deficiency" in hypertension group,and affirms the scientificity and authenticity of syndrome differentiation theory of Zang Fu meridians and collaterals.
