Explore the relationship between soft tissue andcervical vertebral artery disease. The study hopes to provide some theoretical basis foracupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis clinical. Methods:Formulate strict inclusion criteria,60cases of cervical vertebral artery diseasepatients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into30patients in eachtreatment group and the control group.General clinical was no significant differencein the premise of two groups of patients such as gender, age.The total efficiency, significant efficiency improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatmentwere compared, statistical results, and concluded that the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of Total Efficiency: the treatment group is96.7%and the controlgroup is93.3%.It shows that, the treatment group and the control group in the totalefficiency comparison significant difference, with the x2test P>0.05.This shows thatacupuncture “shousanli”,“waiguan”to the treatment of this disease with acupuncture“jingjiaji”,“taiyang”,“fengchi”,“Baihui” and “Hegu”,“Zusanli” are effective, andthe treatment effect is quite.2.Comparison of Symptom Grading: the treatment and control groups canimprove the clinical symptoms.Treatment and control groups can improve the clinicalsymptoms. This suggests that the therapeutic effect of the treatment and control groupsis considerable by score difference before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture “shousanli”,“waiguan”to the treatment of this disease withacupuncture “jingjiaji”,“taiyang”,“fengchi”,“Baihui” and “Hegu”,“Zusanli” areeffective, and the treatment effect is quite. Acupuncture “shousanli”,“waiguan”is compared with acupuncture “jingjiaji”,“taiyang”,“fengchi”,“Baihui” and “Hegu”,“Zusanli”acupoints less distal acupoints, convenient, safe and easy to clinical usepromotion. The soft tissue of the neck affect the cervical spine, cervical sympathetic andvertebral arteries in varying degrees.Soft tissue may compress the vertebral artery, directly or indirectly,if the tension increased. The mechanism of acupuncture One isto alleviate the direct compression of the vertebral artery through the release neck softtissue; The second is indirect relieve compression or irritation of the vertebral arteryby easing the vertebral traction, compression or irritation of the cervicalsympathetic.Soft tissue lesion is closely related to cervical vertebral artery disease andsometimes is the key factor.
