higher.Dampness disease is divided into external dampness disease and internal dampness disease.Due to the climate environment is too humid,when qi which protects the human body from disease is not enough,the pathogenic factors of dampness causes the disease called external wet.Due to iregulate diet,dirty stoic dysfunction,gas machine transmission,fluid flow caused by the disease certificate called internal dampness disease.External and internal dampness disease can be transformed and affected by each other.The external humidity for a long time,blocking the air machine,so that the operation of the liquid abnormal,wet evil endogenous.Internal humidity for a long time,dirty organs are impaired,the human body is not enough,vulnerable to external humidity and feeling uncmfortable.Dampness disease,easy to hurt the yang qi.Dampness and haunting,day after day difficult to get.These two characteristics of dampness disease ness make the treatment cycle of dampness disease long,many variables in the course of the disease,easy to change from reality to virtual.The impotence damage caused by dampness disease may be related to mitochondrial energy metabolism.It is well known that mitochondria are the main site of energy metabolism,the inflammatory response needs to consume energy,energy deficiency can also affect the process of inflammatory response.Mitochondrial DNA can be used as a dangerously related molecular pattern to transmit signaling molecules(e.g.MAVS signaling molecules in the RIG-1 signaling pathway,NLRP3 inflammatory small bodies)through the mitochondrial in vitro membrane.Mitochondrial organisms occur,merge and divide in immune cell activation.Trichomonic acid circulatory intermediates are involved in immune and inflammatory-related processes,affecting innate immunity and adaptive immunity.What is the physiological basis for the transformation of external and internal humidity?Does external and internal humidity have a common mechanism for causing disease?In the pre-study experiments,we found that the high temperature and high humidity environment simulated by artificial climate box could change the composition of the intestinal flora in mice,causing the polymer shift and immune inflammatory response.Therefore,we suspect that high humidity and high temperature high humidity environment can affect the structure and function of mitochondria by changing the structure and function of the intestinal flora,thereby causing the body’s dysfunction.This experiment simulates the high humidity environment and high temperature high humidity environment through artificial climate box,and explores the short-term effects and change severance of external wetness and external wet heat on the body.Methods:Using artificial climate box to simulate high-humidity environment and high temperature high-humidity environment,the animal model of the mouse’s external dampness and humid,and observed the changes of 7 and 14 days.The high humidity group was given ambient exposure at a temperature of 22 ±2℃,a relative humidity of 85±5%,and a relative humidity of 22±2℃,a relative humidity of 60±5%,12 h(night),and alternating day and night.The high-temperature high-humidity group gave the experimental conditions of 33±2℃,relative humidity of 85±5%,12 h(day),and 22±2℃,relative humidity of 60±5%,12 h(night),day and night alternating.Observe the activity of the mice and collect the mouse faeces the day before the material is taken for intestinal flora detection.Collected colon tissue freeze splasty in mice when taken.PCR techniques were used to detect mitochondrial content in the colon tissue of mice.Results:High humidity environment and high temperature high humidity environment will lead to a decrease in mouse activity,happy hug group sleep,nerd,etc.On the 7th and 14 days of high-humidity mice,the diversity of intestinal flora decreased compared to the corresponding normal group.This change in the high-temperature and high-humidity group was slight.In high humidity and high temperature and humidity,the relative abundance of The Deferrederes in the intestinal flora of mice decreased,while the relative abundance of Bacteroides acidifaciens and Mucispirum schaedleri decreased.In high humidity,the 7th day of the mouse intestinal flora(Bacteroidetes)decreased significantly,Firmicutes increased significantly,and in high temperature and high humidity,the mouse intestinal flora in the 14th day of this trend.In terms of mitochondrial content,mitochondrial content in both groups of mouse intestinal tissue increased on the 7th day and recovered on the 14th day.Conclusion:Obviously,short-term high-humidity environment and high-temperature high-humidity environment exposure can change the structure and number of intestinal flora in mice,mitochondria relative copy number first rise and then recover.This shows that the intestinal flora is more sensitive to high-humidity environment and high-temperature high-humidity environment.As a result,intestinal flora may be an early sign of our discovery of wet evidence and a dynamic indicator of the progression of the disease. |
