Objectives: To observe the effects of mild hypothermia intravenous infusion on core temperature, serum lactate value and survival rate of rats under high temperature and high humidity environment and traumatic hemorrhagic shock. To understand the high temperature and humidity environment and hemorrhagic shock, these two composite factors under the effect of sub-low temperature liquid for the recovery and protection to provide effective early treatment. Methods: The modified Wigger's method was used to replicate the hemorrhagic shock model. The liquid temperature was randomly divided into sub-low temperature liquid group [liquid temperature maintained at(12 ±1.5)?).The liquid temperature was maintained at(23 ± 1.5)? ],Sham operation group. Each group was exposed to high temperature and high humidity conditions with dry weather temperature(37 ± 0.5)? and relativehumidity(65 ± 5)%.The exposure time was 180 min,12 rats in each group. The survival time and the 3-hour survival rate of each group were recorded. The blood lactic acid values were compared at 30 min after rehydration, and the changes of rectal temperature were recorded every 10 min after heat exposure(0)to 60 min.Results:(1)The average survival time [(83.75 ± 20.56)min)in the subcryogenic liquid group was significantly longer than that in the normal temperature group(P <0.05),and the mean survival time [(155.50 ± 15.89)min)(2)The survival rate of the 3h was 83.3% in the subcryogenic liquid group and33.3% in the room temperature group.(3)The lactic acid value(2.86 ± 0.63)in the subcryogenic liquid group was lower than that in the normal temperature group(4.48 ± 1.08),and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.001).(4)Began to rehydration, the rectal temperature of the rats in the subcryogenic liquid group tends to be stable, and the fluid concentration in the room temperature is still rising. Conclusion: High temperature and high humidity environment for mild hypothermic fluid for early hemorrhagic shock in rats is better than the recovery of liquid at room temperature.
