Objective:The purpose of this study is to learn the effect of high humidity environment on the physical agility of rats.We will measure the physical agility,fatigue state,and the excitement degree of the central nervous system in different temperature and humidity environment,so as to lay the foundation for the follow-up in-depth research and athletes’physical training in high humidity environment.Method:48 healthy Wistar rats,male,were randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 rats in each group:normal humidity and normal temperature group,normal humidity and low temperature group,normal humidity and high temperature group,high humidity and normal temperature group,high humidity and low temperature group,high humidity and high temperature group.According to the specific temperature and humidity conditions of each group,the rats in the above groups were put into the artificial climate box and stimulated for 8hours every day.The rats in the normal humidity and normal temperature group were exposed to the normal humidity and normal temperature environment for 24 hours every day.The rats in each group were continuously stimulated for 30 days and drank freely every day.After 30days of stimulation,the rats were divided into three groups:tail suspension test and exhaustive swimming test.The time of tail suspension,the time of exhaustive swimming,the content of serum IL-6,serotonin and the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+were measured.The differences of each index were compared.Result:(1)In the tail suspension test,the tail suspension time of rats in high humidity and normal temperature group was higher than that in normal humidity and normal temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the tail suspension time of rats in high humidity and low temperature group was higher than that in normal humidity and low temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the tail suspension time of rats in high humidity and high temperature group was higher than that in normal humidity and high temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In the exhaustive swimming experiment,the exhaustive swimming time of rats in high humidity and normal temperature group was significantly lower than that in normal humidity and normal temperature group(P<0.01);the exhaustive swimming time of rats in high humidity and low temperature group was significantly lower than that in normal humidity and low temperature group(P<0.05);the exhaustive swimming time of rats in high humidity and high temperature group was significantly lower than that in normal humidity and high temperature group(P<0.05).(3)In the biochemical indexes of exercise fatigue,the content of IL-6 in the high humidity and normal temperature group was lower than that in the normal humidity and normal temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the content of IL-6 in the high humidity and low temperature group was lower than that in the normal humidity and low temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the content of IL-6 in the high humidity and high temperature group was lower than that in the normal humidity and high temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The content of serotonin:the content of serotonin in high humidity and normal temperature group was higher than that in normal humidity and normal temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the content of serotonin in high humidity and low temperature group was higher than that in normal humidity and low temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the content of serotonin in high humidity and high temperature group was higher than that in normal humidity and high temperature group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)CD4~+/CD8~+ratio:the CD4~+/CD8~+ratio of high humidity and normal temperature group was lower than that of normal humidity and normal temperature group,with very significant difference(P<0.01);the CD4~+/CD8~+ratio of high humidity and low temperature group was lower than that of normal humidity and low temperature group,with very significant difference(P<0.01);the CD4~+/CD8~+ratio of high humidity and high temperature group was lower than that of normal humidity and high temperature group,with very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The physical condition of rats in high humidity environment corresponding to three kinds of temperature conditions(normal temperature,low temperature and high temperature)is worse than that in normal humidity environment.2.The central system function of rats in the high humidity environment corresponding to the three temperature conditions decreased,which made the rats appear exercise fatigue earlier.3.The immune function of rats in the high humidity environment corresponding to the three temperature conditions was poor.4.The high humidity environment affects the physical fitness of rats through the central system and immune function.
