Research On Cost Control Of A Public Hospital Renovation Project

The level of medical care in a country is an important factor in determining the life and health of the people.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the medical industry,and the state has increased its investment in public hospitals.However,the new construction project progress is slow because of the cost、 land、 cycle and other factors.At the same time,there are many renovation projects in the existing hospital buildings due to the increase of the building service life and the change of the use demand.The more large-scale hospital renovation projects,the more the number of these projects as part of the hospital operating costs,the use of hospital funds have an impact.However,because of the particularity of medical environment,its cost control is not easy.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the cost control of public hospital renovation project,this thesis puts forward the difficulties and problems of cost control.Taking the renovation project of A public hospital as an example,this thesis analyzes the cost control of the renovation project of A public hospital.At the same time,cost control methods such as earned value method are introduced to optimize the cost control of A public hospital,In order to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions on the cost control of public hospital renovation project.This thesis hopes to provide reference control methods for the existing problems in the cost control of public hospital renovation project and solve the actual problems through systematic research.And through the introduction of earned value method,broaden the application field of this cost control method.
