PurposesTo study the incidence of hypertension and the distribution of its TCM syndrome types under the influence of Yunqi in Jinan area, and to explore the influence on the incidence of hypertension and the distribution of TCM syndrome types of changes in Yunqi and the correlation with the specific meteorological factors.MethodsA total of 3,416 inpatient medical records which its first diagnosis is "hypertension" were collected from January 20,2016 to January 19,2019 from the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Record the corresponding meteorological data in Jinan during the same period, including daily morning and evening temperature, relative humidity, the amount of precipitation and wind speed. And use chi-square test, partial correlation analysis and other methods for data processing.Results1 There were differences in the distribution of six stage in the number of hospitalized patients with hypertension in three years(P<0.05),the overall distribution curve of the three years shows the seasonal variation characteristics of high in winter and spring and low in summer and autumn;2 In 2016,the order of the number of hospitalized patients was the fifth stage>the last stage>the first stage>the second stage>the fourth stage>the third stage. The order of its TCM syndrome types was liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome>phlegm-turbidity syndrome>blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome>qi and blood deficiency syndrome>kidney essence deficiency syndrome. There were significant differences on the distribution of TCM syndromes in the influence of "celestial manager qi”and“qi in the earth”(P<0.01).In the first half of the year, the number of patients with liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome was the highest, while in the second half of the year, the number of patients with Phlegm-turbidity syndrome was the highest.Compare the distribution of syndrome types in pairs between the six stage. There was no statistical difference in the distribution of syndrome types between the first stage and the third qi,the first stage and the last stage, the third stage and the last stage. The distribution difference of syndrome types in the remaining stages has statistical significance.3 In 2017,the number of hospitalized patients was from more to less:the last stage>the first stage>the fifth stage>the second stage>the third stage>the fourth stage. The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the six stages distribution were liver yang hyperactivity syndrome>phlegm-turbidity syndrome>qi and blood deficiency syndrome>blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome>kidney essence deficiency syndrome. The difference in the distribution of syndromes in the second half of last year dominated by the“celestial manager qi”and“qi in the earth”was statistically significant. In the first half of the year and the second half of the year, hyperactivity of liver yang was the most common symptom. In the comparison between two and two of the six stages, there was no significant difference in the distribution of syndrome types between the second stage and the fifth stage, the fifth stage and the last stage. The rest were statistically different(P<0.05).4 In 2018,the number of hypertension inpatients was the five stage>the last stage>the second stage>the third stage=the fourth stage>the first stage. The incidence of each syndrome type from more to less was phlegm-turbidity syndrome>liver yang hyperactivity syndrome>kidney-essence deficiency syndrome>qi and blood deficiency syndrome>blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome. There were statistical differences in the distribution of syndrome types between the first half of the year and the second half of the year dominated by the“celestial manager qi”and“qi in the earth”(P<0.05).And in the first half of the year and the second half of the year,phlegm-turbidity syndrome was the most common disease.Compared with the distribution of six stages syndrome types, except for the first stage and the fifth stage, the remaining stages has statistical difference between the two(P<0.05);5 In the past three years, the total number of hospitalized patients with hypertension has negative correlation with temperature, relative humidity and wind speed, and positive correlation with precipitation. The correlation with temperature, relative humidity and precipitation was statistically significant.6 In different years, meteorological factors related to different TCM syndromes of hypertension are different.(1)Syndrome of hyperactivity of liver yang is positively correlated with temperature and negatively correlated with relative humidity and wind speed in 2016;It is positively correlated with wind speed in 2017 and negatively correlated with temperature, relative humidity and wind speed in 2018.(2)The phlegm-turbidity syndrome is negatively correlated with temperature and positively correlated with relative humidity and wind speed in 2016 and is positively correlated with precipitation in 2017 and 2018.(3)Blood stasis blocking collaterals is negatively correlated with temperature in 2016 and 2017.(4)Qi and blood deficiency syndrome is positively correlated with temperature and negatively correlated with precipitation in 2016;And it has a negative correlation with relative humidity in 2017.It is negatively correlated with humidity and positively correlated with precipitation.(5)Kidney essence deficiency syndrome is correlated with precipitation in 2016.It is positively correlated with temperature and negatively correlated with relative humidity in 2017.Conclusions1 The onset of hypertension is affected by Yunqi factors. The incidence of the disease in each year is closely related to the characteristics of Yunqi in that year and the actual climate in Jinan, temperature has a great influence on it.2 The distribution of TCM syndromes of hypertension is affected by Yunqi factors. Its regularities of distribution are closely related to the Yunqi characteristics and climate change in the period in which it is located.3 Yunqi characteristics are consistent with actual climate characteristics to some extent.4 The incidence of hypertension and the distribution of TCM syndromes in different years are related to meteorological factors.
