The Correlation Analyses Between Five Movements And Six Climates And The Regularities Of Distribution Of The TCM Syndrome Type Of Coronary Artery Disease

PurposesTo study the correlation of regularities of distribution between the five movements and six-qi and the regional climate and TCM syndrome type of coronary artery disease in Ji'nan,and to explore the climatic factors that influence the TCM syndromes of coronary artery disease.MethodsCollecting all the hospitalized cases from the Department of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2017 Ding You,which were coronary heart disease with the first diagnosis and with the complete TCM syndromes diagnosis and the patients lived in Ji'nan.And collecting the weather datas in Ji'nan included temperature?relative humidity?the amount of precipitation and wind speed at the same time.Classify and count these datas by the six stages?24 solar terms?72 hou,and use chisquare test,partial correlation analysis,multivariate linear regression analysis and other methods for data processing.Results1 A total of 1742 cases of effective cases were collected.Among them,the final state accounted for 22% of the total number of cases,and at the top of the six stages;the second stage accounted for 18.1% of the total number of cases,ranking second in six stages.2 The distribution of the total number of coronary heart disease syndromes of TCM was significant different in six stages(P<0.01).The order of the total number of coronary heart disease syndromes of TCM was the last stage > the second stage > the fifth stage > the first stage > the fourth stage > the third stage.The order of coronary heart disease syndrome of TCM was the deficiency of qi and yin deficiency and heart-blood stasis syndrome > qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome > qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome > phlegm stasis and blood stasis syndrome > congealing cold with blood stasis syndrome.3 The TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease has no statistical difference between the last stage and the second stage?between the last stage and and the fifth stage.There are differences compared each other with each other in the other stages(P<0.05).4 Within each stage,there are also certain differences among the TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease.The higher forms compared with others of the first stage to the third stage are qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome?qi and yin deficiency and heart-blood stasis syndrome?qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome respectively;The higher forms compared with others of the fourth stage to the last stage are qi and yin deficiency and heart-blood stasis syndrome respectively.5 The distribution of the TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease in the six stages is that the form of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is relatively large in the final stage.There is no significant difference in the overall distribution of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and phlegm stasis and blood stasis syndrome in the six stage.The form of qi and yin deficiency?heart-blood stasis syndrome is relatively large in the first stage.The form of congealing cold with blood stasis syndrome is relatively large in the second?fourth and fifth stage.6 There were significant differences on the distribution of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease in the influence of “celestial manager qi” and “qi in the earth”(P<0.01).The total number of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease in “qi in the earth”(the first half of the year)accounted for 47% of the total number of cases in the year..The order of the total number of TCM syndromes from high to low is qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome > qi and yin deficiency and heart blood stasis syndrome > phlegm stasis and blood stasis syndrome > qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome > congealing cold with blood stasis syndrome.In “celestial manager qi”(the second half of the year),the total number of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease accounted for 53% of the total number of cases in the year.The order of the total number of cases ranged from high to low is qi and yin deficiency?heart blood stasis syndrome > qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome > qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome > phlegm stasis and blood stasis syndrome > congealing cold with blood stasis syndrome.7 The distribution of the number of cases of coronary heart disease is positively correlated with the amount of precipitation and relative humidity,and is negatively correlated with the air temperature and wind speed.And the correlation with the latter three has statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).8 Different TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease have certain correlation with different meteorological factors in different six stage.(1)Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is mainly positively related to the average temperature,is negatively correlated with the first stage'average temperature,and is positively related to the second to the fifth stage'average temperature.And is mainly negatively correlated with the six stages' average humidity and wind speed;(2)The syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis is negatively correlated with the first and the fourth stage'average temperature,which is positively related to the second stage'average temperature,and is positively related to the relative average humidity of the third stage and the fourth stage;(3)The syndrome of qi and yin deficiency and heart blood stasis syndrome is positively related to the average temperature of the second and the fifth stage,and is negatively related to the relative average humidity of the first stage;(4)The syndrome of phlegm stasis and blood stasis syndrome respectively has a negative correlation and positive correlation with the average temperature of the first stage and the second stage,and has a positive correlation with the relative average humidity of the third stage;(5)The syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis syndrome is positively related to average the amount of precipitation of the first and the second stage,which is positively related to the fourth stage'average temperature,but is negatively related to the average temperature of the first and the final stage.Conclusions1 The characteristics of yun qi are in good agreement with the change of meteorological factors;2 The distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease are correlated with meteorological factors.With the different yun qi,the meteorological factors that influence the TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease are also different.But they are closely related to the yun qi characteristics of each stage,especially the yun qi characteristics of the six qi;3 The distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease have certain regularity in the occurrence of each stage;4 There is a certain correlation between the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease and yun qi.
