Objective:To study the correlation between phlegm syndrome of H-type hypertension and some objective indicators,so as to provide a basis for establishing a modern syndrome differentiation system of H-type hypertension in TCM,and ultimately achieving the objectivity, standardization and standardization of syndrome differentiation. To explore the correlation between clinical test indexes of H-type hypertension patients and summarize their clinical characteristics,so as to provide some basis for the treatment of H-type hypertension.Method:We retrieved 240 patients with H-type hypertension who were hospitalized in Cardiovascular Department of University Town Hospital of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2018 according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Record the general information of the patient's name, sex, age, height, weight, smoking and drinking history, hypertension history, hypertension classification and grouping,HCY,UA,Cr,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,IMT,IVST and LVPWT test data, combined with coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, diabetes, stroke and other complications. The main symptoms(greasy fur, heavy head and body),secondary symptoms(pulse slippage, phlegm expectoration, snoring, chest and abdomen full tightness, dizziness)and physical and chemical indicators(BMI,TC,TG,LDL)of phlegm syndrome score were recorded, and the phlegm syndrome group and non-phlegm syndrome group were divided according to the criteria of phlegm syndrome diagnosis of TCM.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the collected data.Chi-square test,t-test,rank sum test,Pearson,Spearman correlation analysis were used according to the data characteristics and comparison methods. The test level was a=0.05,P<0.05,which had statistical significance.Result:1.A total of 240 patients with H-type hypertension were enrolled in the phlegm syndrome group(204 cases),including 140 males,64 females and 36 non-phlegm patients, including 24 males and 12 females. There was no significant difference in sex, height and age between the two groups(P>0.05).The body weight and BMI of phlegm syndrome group were higher than those of non-phlegm syndrome group(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in smoking, drinking, hypertension classification, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and stroke between phlegm syndrome group and non-phlegm syndrome group(P>0.05);more diabetes mellitus was found in phlegm syndrome group than in non-phlegm syndrome group(P<0.05);more heart failure was found in non-phlegm syndrome group than in phlegm syndrome group(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the objectification indexes of HCY,Cr,UA,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,IMT,IVST,LVPWT between phlegm syndrome group and non-phlegm syndrome group(P>0.05).4.The most frequent occurrences of phlegm syndrome were dyslipidemia, greasy moss, dizziness, slippery pulse, obesity and phlegm expectoration. The frequency of heavy head and body, snoring, chest and abdomen fullness was very low.5.The score of phlegm syndrome was positively correlated with BMI,IVST and body weight(P<0.05),but not with HCY,Cr,UA,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,IMT,LVPWT,hypertension history and height(P>0.05).HCY level was positively correlated with chromium,UA,IMT and hypertension history(P<0.05),but not with TG,TC,HDL,LDL,IVST,LVPWT,BMI,height and weight(P>0.05).6.BMI was positively correlated with UA,TG,IVST,LVPWT,height and weight, negatively correlated with HDL;TG was positively correlated with BMI,TC,IVST,LVPWT,weight and height, negatively correlated with HDL;TC was positively correlated with TG,HDL and LDL;HDL was negatively correlated with BMI,Cr,UA,TG,IVST,LVPWT,weight and height, positively correlated with TC and LDL;LDL was positively correlated with TC and HDL.Conclusion:Phlegm syndrome accounted for 85%of H-type hypertension patients;overweight, diabetes mellitus and interventricular septum thickening were more syndrome differentiation of phlegm syndrome;syndromes of patients with heart failure would deviate from phlegm syndrome;patients with renal dysfunction were more likely to have increased HCY level,HCY level may be one of the predictors of renal function damage;higher HCY level would be more likely to be associated with carotid artery media thickening; The duration of blood pressure was positively correlated.
