Research Of Combined Duhuo Jisheng Decoction And Massage To Treat Lumbar Muscle Deficiency Of Liver-kidney Deficiency In Singapore

In the process of realizing the industrialization of western society, low back pain has been the most common compliant in orthopedics, pain clinics and rehabilitation. This article will explore and discover the best therapeutic schedule, which is easy to be accepted for patients with strain of lumbar muscle in Singapore. And evaluate the clinical curative effect of using combined Duhuo Jisheng decoction and massage to treat lumbar muscle deficiency of liver-kidney deficiency.Objective:evaluate the clinical curative effect of using combined Duhuo Jisheng decoction and massage to treatlumbar muscle deficiency of liver-kidney deficiency.Methods:This study collected60cases of lumbar muscle deficiency of liver-kidney deficiency during2013.06-2014.03. All of the cases are coming from Zhong Hua hospital and the center of medical and health care of college of TCM in Singapore. The research treats lumbar muscle deficiency of liver-kidney deficiency were randomly divided into three groups, namely Chinese medicine combined massage group, Chinese medicine group and massage group, each of the groups has20cases. Combined Chinese medicine and massage group:living by taking particle Duhuo Jisheng decoction,3times a day,5g each time, combined with massage therapy at the same time; Chinese medicine group:taking particle Duhuo Jisheng decoction,3times a day,5g each time. Massage group, Palm knead method to relax the back muscles. Applying pushing, pressing, rolling, rubbing technique to the spine, such as vertical spinal muscles. Rubbing the life gate, shen shu,"ba liao" point. and so on.30d, respectively, before and after treatment for all patients, justify the pain degree, main symptom, general symptoms, TCM clinical efficacy rate, and then analysis the statistics..Results:①VAS was used by patients of three groups to conduct self scoring on the pain degree. After treatment, the value of pain scores of three groups was significant difference before treatment (P<0.05). after30days of treatment, the analgesic effect did not indicate much differentiation(P>0.05). After30days of treatment, the cardinal symptom points between combined Chinese medicine group and massage and Chinese group, massage group compared separately, indicate much difference(p<0.05). While the difference between Chinese medicine group and massage group indicate no difference(p>0.05). After30days of treatment, the clinical symptoms of three groups indicate high difference compared with before treatment. The improvement of symptoms among combined Chinese medicine and massage group, Chinese medicine group and massage group was significantly improved after3o days of treatment.③Compare the clinical curative effect of three groups after treatment, the result indicate significant difference.Conclusion:combined Duhuo Jisheng decoction and massage can effectively relieve the pain of lumbar muscle deficiency of liver-kidney deficiency. Functional recovery is good, the result of the curative effect is better than single treatment, which has certain clinical application value.
