Objective:The purpose of this study is to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of Qi-deficiency vestibular migraine treated by Yiqi-Shengyang method, and further explore the effect of Qi-deficiency pathogenesis on vestibular migraine,so as to provide new ideas and guide clinical practice for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicineMethods:In this study, sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. There was no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P >0.05).The control group only took Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules(Xi’an Yangsen Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,H10930003,5 mg).On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Congming Decoction,a self-made decoction. In the two groups, the clinical symptom score, dizziness assessment rating scale(DARS),dizziness handicap inventory score(DHI-S),the frequency of vertigo attack, duration of vertigo and medication safety were observed respectively. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. All the data were processed by Excel software and analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software. It was found that P<0.05 for the different had statistical significant.Result:In the course of this study, the treatment group and the control group did not fall off.The two groups completed 60 cases in total,including30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in the frequency of vertigo attacks and the curative effect of TCM syndromes, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time, the scores of TCM syndromes,DHI-S scale,DARS scale and duration of vertigo in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in safety observation between the two groups. Some patients in the control group had symptoms of drowsiness and constipation during the treatment and the symptoms were improved after symptomatic treatment, which did not have a significant impact on the final results of the study. Conclusion:The treatment of Vestibular Migraine of Qi Deficiency Type by Yiqi Shengyang Method is approved, and Yiqi Congming Decoction combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule is superior to the control group in the treatment of this disease. It can alleviate the pain of patients and improve the quality of life.At the same time, the occurrence of adverse reactions is less and the safety is higher. It is worth further application and promotion.
