| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huo Xue Xiao Luo Granules in treating children’s Mesentery Lymphadenitis with syndrome of Qi and blood stasis syndrome.For the clinical application of Chinese medicine to provide the basis for treatment of the disease.Method: This study collected from the Ji Nan district TCM Hospital clinic a total of 70 cases of children’s Mesentery Lymphadenitis with syndrome of Qi and blood stasis syndrome.70 patients were selected and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated by Huo Xue Xiao Luo Granules,taking by boiled water,the control group were treated by Hua Ji oral liquid.The treatment course of both groups was 14 days.Before and after treatment,assessed the two groups the syndrome score and the improvement of mesenteric lymph node enlargement,Objecive to evaluate the clinical effect of Huo Xue Xiao Luo Granules in treating children’s Mesentery Lymphadenitis.Results: Comparison of curative effect:In the treatment group,8 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%;in the control group,1 cases was cured,8 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were improved,3 case were ineffective,and that of the control group was 93.33%;The treatment group was better than the control group.Thetreatment group was better than the control group in improving the degree of abdominal pain,periumbilical tenderness,stool,recurrence rate and so on.Conclusions: Huoxue Xiaohuang Granule group was better than the control group.It can effectively relieve and improve the degree of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,periumbilical tenderness,belching and other symptoms,and can effectively improve the enlargement of mesenteric lymph nodes.The clinical effect of Huoxue Xiaoluo Granule in treating children’s Mesentery Lymphadenitis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is affirmative. |
