Clinical Study On Zi Shen Tong Luo Decoction On Treating Mild And Moderate Primary Hypertension And Complications

Objective: Through clinical case analysis,this study observes the clinical efficacy of Zishen Tongluo Decoction in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of primary mild and moderate hypertension,compares the occasional blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,TCM clinical symptom score and safety of patients before and after treatment,and discusses the clinical application value of Zishen Tongluo Decoction.Methods: results and conclusions : Clinical research: Methods:According to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines,60 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of essential hypertension will be treated in this study,30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the test group will be treated with random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets(Shihuida).The experimental group was treated with Zishen Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the same western medicine treatment as the control group,with a treatment course of 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the changes of occasional blood pressure,daytime blood pressure,nighttime blood pressure,mean blood pressure,pulse pressure difference and TCM syndrome score in 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were observed respectively,and the clinical efficacy of treatment was evaluated.The general physical examination items,blood routine examination,liver and kidney function,etc.of the patients were observed during the treatment.Results: After 8 weeks of treatment,the antihypertensive effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and the effect of reducing pulse pressure difference of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and the clinical symptoms of the patients can be better improved.Before and after treatment,the blood routine,liver and kidney function and other safety indicators of the two groups of patients were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion: Zishen Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine Shihuida Tablets has better effect of controlling blood pressure,regulating and reducing pulse pressure difference of patients.At the same time,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,Zishen Tongluo Decoction can nourish liver and kidney,remove blood stasis,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,such asvertigo,headache,soreness of waist and knees,mental fatigue and other aspects,without obvious adverse reactions.
