| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of oral Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of postpartum fetal membrane residue and improve postpartum abdominal pain and analyze the mechanism of action.Methods: 104 patients with residual fetal membranes who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into four groups: combined treatment group(plus flavor biochemical soup combined with traditional Chinese medicine applied to bilateral uterine acupoints,Guanyuan,Qihai acupoint);Chinese medicine group(plus flavor biochemical soup);The application group(Chinese medicine applied to bilateral uterine points,Guanyuan,Qihai points);the control group(motherwort injection).The four groups of patients were treated for 7 days.Through statistical analysis of residual fetal membrane discharge efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,single TCM symptom efficacy,analgesic efficacy,four groups of fetal membrane residual healing patients with bloody lochia and uterine involution,the conclusion was drawn.Result:(1)Residual membrane discharge efficacy: The total effective rate was the highest in the four groups(88.5%)and the lowest in the Qing Dynasty(11.5%).The comparison between groups was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,application group,control group(p<0.05).(2)Analgesic efficacy: The total effective rate was the highest in the combination group(88.4%).The analgesic effect was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the application group and the control group(p<0.05).(3)Efficacy and scores of TCM syndromes: The TCM syndrome combination treatment group had the highest total effective rate(88.4%),and the TCM syndrome scores of the four groups were reduced compared with before treatment,but the combination treatment group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,the application group and the control group(p<0.05).(4)TCM single symptom scores: The scores of the four groups of TCM single symptoms were reduced compared with those before treatment.The single symptom in the combined treatment group and the pre-treatment ratio were both <0.05;the Chinese medicine group improved the "four limbs not warm" and "faced green and white"."Pectoral pain and pain" was compared with p>0.05 before treatment;the application group improved the "chest pain and pain","malignant purpura","face color green" and before treatment compared with p>0.05;the control group improved the "chest pain and pain" compared with p>0.05 before treatment.(5)Comparison of the duration of bloody lochia in four groups of patients with residual fetal membrane retention: The duration of bloody lochia in the combined treatment group was significantly shortened,p<0.05,compared with the other three groups,p<0.05;Chinese medicine group,posted Compared with the control group and the control group,p>0.05.The Chinese medicine group,the application group and the control group were compared between the two groups,p>0.05.It indicated that the combination treatment group shortened the duration of bloody lochia better than the three treatment methods.(6)Comparison of uterine relapse in four groups of residual fetal membranes: The combined effect of uterine volume recovery in the combined treatment group was significant,p<0.05 after testing;The combinationtreatment group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine and the application group p<0.05;compared with the control group,p>0.05;The Chinese medicine group,the application group and the control group were compared with each other,p>0.05.It showed that the combination treatment group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the application group in the uterine involution,and there was no statistical difference between the combined treatment group and the control group.(7)Comparison of the degree of abdominal pain and analgesic effect in the combined treatment group: The analgesic efficacy of three degrees of abdominal pain was tested,p<0.05;indicating that the effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application on mild to moderate abdominal pain was significantly better than severe abdominal pain.Explain that the lighter the degree of abdominal pain,the higher the cure rate.(8)Comparison of the days of abdominal pain and analgesic effect in the combined treatment group: the analgesic efficacy of the four abdominal pain times was tested,p<0.05;indicating that the effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking on the days of abdominal pain was significantly better than that of abdominal pain.Explain that the shorter the abdominal pain time,the higher the cure rate.(9)It is safe and reliable during the test,and no abnormal situation occurs.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of oral Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of fetal membrane residue is exact.It can effectively remove fetal membranes,improve TCM syndromes,eliminate postpartum abdominal pain,and promote postpartum rehabilitation. |
