| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodule accompanied by mild anxiety symptoms,so as to provide clinical reference for enriching the treatment of pulmonary nodule accompanied by mild anxiety symptoms. Methods:In this study,68 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected by randomized control method and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 patients in each group. The treatment group received acupoint application combined with oral Chinese medicine treatment, and the control group received oral Chinese medicine treatment alone. After continuous treatment for 3 months, the lung nodule size, anxiety score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed and compared, and the clinical efficacy was comprehensively evaluated.Results:1.Basic information:A total of 68 cases were included in this study,of which 1 case was shed and 2 cases were eliminated in the treatment group.A total of 31 cases were completed. One case was excluded from the control group, and a total of 33 cases were completed.A total of 64 cases were completed in this study, and the shedding rate was 5.88%.2.Radiographic efficacy:There were statistically significant differences in nodule size before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in nodule size between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of nodule reduction was 9.68%in the treatment group and 6.06%in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Anxiety efficacy:There were statistically significant differences in anxiety score before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01).The score of anxiety after treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 58.06%in the treatment group and 30.30%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Efficacy of TCM syndrome:The differences of TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93.55%,and that in the control group was 78.79%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Safety indicators:There were no significant abnormal indicators in the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodule with mild anxiety symptoms is significantly effective, the effect is better than oral Chinese medicine alone, and the treatment is simple and safe, worthy of promotion. |
