Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum body pain caused by qi and blood deficiency,provide new ideas for clinical treatment,and seek a simple,safe,effective and easy patient acceptance for postpartum pain patients.The treatment.Methods:Sixty-four patients with qi and blood deficiency type postpartum body pain who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture points combined with acupuncture group(observation group)and acupuncture group(treatment group).32 patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint sticking(Spleen,Shenshu,Guanyuan,Qihai)combined with acupuncture treatment(Zusanli,Fengchi,Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Taichong,Pishu,Shenshu,Guanyuan,Qi Hai,Ashi points),treatment of 3 courses(10 days for a course of treatment);Zhizhao group using simple acupuncture treatment(Zusanli,Fengchi,Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Taichong,Pishu,Shenshu,Guanyuan,Qihai,Ashi points),treatment of 3 courses(10 days for a course of treatment),after treatment,TCM symptom scores,VAS score sheet,Edinburgh postpartum depression scale statistics,data analysis.Result:1.The comparison scores of Edinburgh postpartum anxiety and depression scale before and after treatment were tested by t test,t=-1.067,P=0.286 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the data of the two groups could be compared.After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were tested by t test,t=-2.294,P=0.005 <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that there was a difference between the two groups after treatment.P < 0.05 was compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.2.The VAS scores of patients in the two groups before treatment were tested by t test,t=-1.644,P=0.105 > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.The data of the two groups could be compared.After one course of treatment,two courses of treatment and three courses of treatment,the two groups of patients passed the t test of two independent samples,and the t values were:-2.279,-3.835 and-3.388,respectively,and the p values were: 0.0.26,0.001,0.001 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.This indicated that there were differences in treatment methods between the two groups after 3 courses of treatment.3.The symptom scores of the two groups before treatment were tested by t test,t=-0.375,P=0.709 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the data of thetwo groups could be compared.After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were tested by t test,t=-3.367,P=0.001 < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that there was a difference between the two groups after treatment.P > 0.05 was compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.According the total effective rate,apparent effective rate,effective rate and non-effective rate of the observation group were 93.75%,43.75%,50% and 6.25%,respectively.The total effective rate in the control group was 87.5%,the significant effective rate was 31.25%,the effective rate was 56.25%,and the ineffective rate was 12.5%.The data of the two groups were the rank sum test,z=-2.047,P=0.041 <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Acupoint sticking combined with acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of postpartum qi and blood deficiency postpartum body pain.2.Acupoint application combined with acupuncture treatment postpartum body pain analgesia obvious,quick effect.
