| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of tongyang decarburization combined with western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods: 60 hospitalized patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with tongyang xiezhuo decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The angina attack,Chinese medicine single symptom integral,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,electrocardiogram changes,nitroglycerin reduction and serum lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: The treatment group was better than the control group in improving symptoms of angina pectoris,reducing TCM single symptom score,improving electrocardiogram ischemia,reducing LDL and nitroglycerin usage.Conclusion: The treatment of stable angina pectoris with tongyang and relieving turbidity has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
