The Clinical Observation Of Modified Liujunzi Decoction To Treat Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris With Syndrome Of Blood Stasis Duo To Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Obstruction

Objective:To observe modified Liujunzi decoction’s clinical curative effect and safety on coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction, and preliminary discussion on its mechanism.Method:All the tested patients were ward patients from third department of cardiovascular of the First Affiliated Hospital, Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from April to December in 2014.60 patients were diagnosed as coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris and qi xu xue yu and phlegm. They were divided into two groups randomly:30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group. There is no obvious difference between these two groups after statistical processing in gender, age, course of both groups, instead, they are comparable, because P>0.05. Both of treatment group and control group were given general western medicine. Patients from treatment group were treated with modified Liujunzi decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. One dose a day, taken morning and night points. The control group was treated with tongxinluo,3 capsules tidpo. Two groups of the course were 4 weeks. Both decoction and western medicine were supported by the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang TCM University. Observed clinical curative effect of two groups and influence on blood lipid.Results:1. Comparison of angina:On total effective rate, the treatment group was 96.67% and the control group was 90%. There was no significant statistical difference. (P>0.05).2. Comparison of TCM syndrome:On total effective rate, the treatment group was 93.33% and the control group was 80%. There is statistical difference. (P< 0.05).3. Comparison of the improvement of ECG:The treatment group’s total effective rate was 86.67% and the control group’s was 83.33%. There was no significant statistical difference.(P> 0.05).4. Comparison of Nitroglycerin’s dosage:The treatment group’s total effective rate was 80%, and the control group’s was 76.67%. There was no significant statistical difference.(P> 0.05).5. Comparison of blood lipid situation:After treatment, P< 0.05, so there was significant statistical difference.Conclusion:1. The modified Liujunzi decoction can improve the patients’clinical symptom.2. The modified Liujunzi decoction’s curative effect in treatment group is close to the control group on variation of angina, ECG and dosage of Nitroglycerin.3. The modified Liujunzi decoction in treatment group has a better effect than control group on improvement of TCM syndrome and blood lipid.
