The Clinical Research Of Tiaogan Jianpi Tongyang Decotion For The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: Based on the cognition and induction of the etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,to observe the curative effect of "Tiaogan Jianpi Tongyang Decotion" in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with stagnation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and thoracic Yang obstruction,including the improvement of TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms and laboratory examination,and to evaluate its safety.Methods: According to the the inclusion criteria of stable stenocardia,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.Analysis by statistical software,there was the comparability as well as no statistical difference in two groups of patients with gender,age,disease duration,comorbidity,basic medication,the total score of TCM symptoms,the individual symptom,and laboratory examination.Both two groups were given routine Western therapy,while the treatment group was combined with Chinese prescription of Tiaogan Jianpi Tongyang Decotion.Continuous administration for 14 days,the clinical effect was assessed according to the changes of the curative effect of TCM syndrome and TCM symptom score,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,the total efficiency of ECG,high sensitivity C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-6.Results: After 14 days of clinical observation,through statistical analysis of the indicators,some results had been presented.1.TCM syndrome: the difference was statistically significant comparative in improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.037<0.05):the treatment group was 38.2%,the total efficiency was 88.2%,control group was 19.4%,the total efficiency was 72.2%,treatment group was more effective.2.TCM symptoms scores: after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms and the symptom scores of both two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01).In the improvement of the total scores and symptom scores of chesttightness,heart palpitations,fatigue,sighing frequently and bitter taste of mouth,treatment group is better superior to control group(P < 0.05)after treatment as well as there was no significant difference between the groups on the symptom scores of chest pain(P=0.155).3.Stopping or reducing rate of the Nitroglycerin Tablet:the treatment group was 82.4%while 50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P=0.010 < 0.05),the treatment group was better than control group.4.The total efficiency of ECG: treatment group was 76.5% whlie control group was66.7%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.209 > 0.05).5.Inflammatory factors: after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-?and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01).Comparison between the two groups,the treatment group was better than control group on the levels of hs-CRP(P=0.039<0.05)while there was no significant difference between the two groups on the level of TNF-?and IL-6(P>0.05).6.Drug safety evaluation: the laboratory indexes between the two groups and whthin group was no statistical difference before and after treatment as well as within normal range.No adverse reactions were observed,and the two groups were safe during the treatment period.Conclusion: Tiaogan Jianpi Tongyang Decotion combined with western medicine can further improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,hs-CRP for stable angina pectoris with stagnation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and thoracic Yang obstruction.This Chinese prescription is safe during the treatment period and worthy of clinical application and further study.
