| Objectives To determine the incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD)in Jinchang Cohort, and to identify the effects of living and behavioral habits, physiological and biochemical indexes and metabolic diseases on CHD,in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of CHD in Jinchang Cohort. Methods All current and retired workers of the Jinchuan Group were interviewed with a questionnaire from June 2011 to December 2013.Demographic characteristics, living habits, characteristics of vocational behavior, chronic disease history and family history and physiological biochemical markers were collected, then followed-up two years.Prospective cohort study was conducted in staff who were not suffered from CHD at the baseline. The incidence of CHD was calculated.Cox regression analysis was used to find the influencing factors of CHD,and to estimate the hazard ratio and 95% confidence interval. Results 1.The incidence of CHD was 1.25% in Jinchang Cohort. It is higher in males(1.36%)than in females(1.09%).It shows a increasing trend with the increasing age, especially after the age of 50.The incidence of CHD decreased with increased education. The incidence of CHD is higher among logistics staffs(2.50%),and people with income between 1000 and 1999(1.17%),and2.The incidence of CHD for somebody who smoked or with mental trauma was higher. The incidence of CHD increased with increasing smoking index and drinking index.3.The incidence of CHD increased with the increasing BMI,fasting plasma glucose, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, uric acid and cholesterol, and decreased with increasing high density lipoprotein.4.The incidence of CHD for people with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes was significantly higher than the normal population, and increased with increasing age.People with multi-metabolic diseases had a higher incidence of CHD than the general population.5.The risk factors for CHD in male were age, occupation, mental trauma,BMI,hypertension and hyperlipidemia. The risk factors for females were age, occupation, mental trauma,BMI,fasting plasma glucose, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes.High density lipoprotein was the protective factor for CHD.Conclusion 1.The incidence of CHD is relatively low in the Jinchang Cohort, and was higher in male than female.People with a history of smoking, mental trauma and occupied back office service jobs are high risk group of CHD.2.Hypertension,hyperlipidemia and diabetes was the risk of CHD.3.The occurrence of CHD was the result of multiple risk factors.Age,smoking, drinking, mental trauma and occupation were important risk factors for CHD.BMI≥28,high fasting plasma glucose level and high diastolic pressure level were the risk factors of CHD.High density lipoprotein was the protective factor. |
