Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Combined With Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Rehabilitation Technique In The Treatment Of Flaccid Paralysis After Stroke

Objective1. To observe the Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique in the treatment of the clinical curative effect of flaccid paralysis after stroke;2.To explore the improvement after apoplexy flaccid paralysis symptoms in patients with neurologic impairment, motor function and improve the ability of daily life and other aspects of the optimization of treatment.Methods The patients were from 2013.12 to 2015.12 in Anhui province acupuncture hospital outpatient and inpatient department, according to the 2010 Chinese Medical Association National 13 th Academy of Neurology meeting "cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment guidelines", 1996, the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine promulgated "stroke disease diagnosis and efficacy evaluation standards", 40 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, including 25 males and 15 females, aged 77 years and 23 years old. The course of disease was 2 months and 9 days. All the patients were given nutritional and cerebral nerve, and the treatment was improved. In the test group and the control group by optimization of acupuncture of Du Meridian + Back Shu Points + Scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation scheme, control group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation.. Selection of neural function defect score(NDS), activities of daily living(ADL) and motor function(FMA) rating scale were observed before treatment, treatment after the end of the day and the course of treatment after 3 months on that day in different periods of change scores, using SPSS statistical software to analyze data.Results 1.Clinical efficacy: after treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was95%, the control group was 85%, the effect of the two groups were different(P<0.05),the experimental group was better than the control group.2.Nerve function defect score(NDS) : Compared with before treatment, the score of the experimental group was 34.20±4.79, after the end of the course of treatment and after the end of the course of treatment, the scores were decreased to 15.30±2.43,12.35±2.18, respectively, compared with before treatment, there was a significant decrease(P<0.01), it shows that the experimental group in the treatment period and the late return visit to obtain obvious curative effect; The control group of patients before treatment NDS score 33.30±5.49, after treatment decreased to 26.55±5.25, compared with before treatment has obvious curative effect(P<0.01), However, 3 months after treatment, the symptoms of functional defect recurred, and the score increased.Compared with the control group, the NDS scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.01) after the treatment and after the end of the treatment period.. That test group through Du Tiao Shen acupuncture with rehabilitation training program can be effective in improving post-stroke flaccid paralysis in patients with neurological functional deficit;3.Activities of daily living(ADL) : Compared with before treatment, patients in experimental group before the score 19.15±5.82, after the end of treatment and at the end of the treatment after March day scores were up for 47.45±9.24, 58.55±6.88,compared with those before treatment decreased significantly(P<0.01), indicating that in the experimental group during the treatment and pay a return visit later has the obvious curative effect; Control group of patients before treatment, the daily life ability scale score 15.60±7.00, after treatment and 7 months after treatment respectively increased by 7.39±40.60, 42.05±8.05, compared with the treatment before curative effect has significant difference(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the experimental group was treated with curative effect(P<0.05), after the end of the course of treatment, the curative effect was obvious(P<0.01) in March. Results show that the longer the treatment time, the more significant the improvement effect of the daily living ability of the patients.4.Motor function(FMA) rating : Compared with before treatment, patients in experimental group before the score 20.45±4.77. After the end of the course and the course after the end of March day score value were up to 54.60±8.16, 66.15±7.13,compared with those before treatment have increased significantly(P<0.01), indicating that the experimental group in the treatment and during the long term visit has obvious curative effect. The control group of patients before treatment motor function score19.20±5.55, after treatment, after the end of the course of treatment, the growth was43.80±8.57, 53.60±9.00, compared with before treatment have obvious curative effect(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the FMA scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.01) after the treatment and after the end of the treatment period. That experiment group through Du Tiao Shen acupuncture combined with rehabilitation scheme can significantly improve stroke flaccid paralysis symptoms of motor function in patients.Conclusion1.Through the regulation of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation program can significantly improve the patient's neurological function, self-care ability, etc;2.The curative effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is better than traditional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation program, and has better long-term effect;3.Optimization program has obvious curative effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
