Objective:HFMD patients in children with severe acute child flaccid paralysis give the rehabilitation care at early stage, to observed limb muscle strength recovery, and the recovery of paralyzed limbs, as well as to explore the efficacy and safety between early rehabilitation nursing and the normal rehabilitation treatment in children with severe HFMD with acute flaccid paralysis.Method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, enrolled the childhoold patients HMFD with AFP from December2012to December2013in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital medical intensive care, the total patients enrolled in this study were43patients, the patients randomly divided into experimental group (22cases) and control group (21cases), and two gtoup give the fundamental treatment, the former group children give the rehabilitation care at early stage when the disease hemodynamic stability, and the vital signs stable, began to recover treatment on day2exercise. Turn the control group after rehabilitation in rehabilitation after the primary disease cure given. Paralysis of limbs of children were given head movement area, upper or lower extremity acupuncture points to promote functional recovery of damaged nerve; muscle strength in children with grade0to1, giving the body massage and passive activities; limb muscle strength when the children reached3when grade, children begin to induce active movement; give affected limb function display good posture and body position, to avoid the affected limb contractures of joints affected joint dislocation deformation and deformation. The first two groups of children with rehabilitation and rehabilitation after January, two groups of children were evaluated muscle strength, efficiency and so on. Results:(1) No differentiation were observed at general information of two groups of children, the general information include age, sex, length of stay, severity of illness, paralysis of limbs occurs time, EV71infection and hospitalization CoxA16positive rate, mechanical ventilation, pulmonary hemorrhage, pulmonary edema, in which the course and admission time difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(2) The muscle strength between two groups were not statistically significant,(P>0.05);(3) the experimental group of42the number of affected limb, early rehabilitation after the experimental group recovered31, the cure rate of73.8%, significantly higher than the40.0%, statistically significant differences (P<0.05); experimental group efficiency of97.6%, and95.5%in the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05) compared;Conclusion:(1) Foot and mouth disease in children with acute flaccid paralysis early rehabilitation nursing group than the usual care group;(2) HFMD caused by acute flaccid paralysis in children can not only promote early rehabilitation of limb muscle recovery and might be can restore normal physiological function;.
