Clinical Study Of Insomnia Treatment With Zhishen Qingan Decoction To The Stagnated Heat Of Heavenly Tenth Zhishen Type

Objective Acorrding to clinical observation,evaluate the treatment of insomnia(stagnated heat of Heavenly tenth zhishen type),in order to find the unique curative effects and advantages in treatment based on the theory of Heavenly tenth zhishen.Methods Use the inclusive criteria of insomnia diagnose,from May 2013 to Jul 2014,60 patients from TongDe hospital of Zhejiang province,divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group:take Heavenly tenth Qingan decoction before sleeping;control group:take Surazepam 2 mg before sleeping.Both of the groups take 4 weeks period of treatment.We will observe the MOS SF-36,PSQI and the of Chinese Medicine symptom before and after treatment.Result(1)In the respect of clinical,the total effective rates of treatment group were 93.33%and 76.66%in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)In the respect of the quality of sleep,the total effective rates of treatment group were 90.00%and 86.66%in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)In the respect of Chinese medicine symptom effective,the total effective rates of treatment group were 90.00%and 70.67%in control group.There were different improves by each group,and the data of treatment group is better than control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Zhishen Qingan decoction has definitely effects in curing the insomnia,it could improve Chinese medicine symptom.Zhishen Qingan decoction has better performance in terms of Clinical effects than the patients who only take Surazepam.
