Clinical Study On Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Syndrome Of Tiangui To Qiyuyu By

Objective Through clinical research, we evaluated objectively the clinical effectiveness and advantage Of Zhishen Jieyu decoction in the treatment of GAD(the zhishen qi depression type).Methods Use the GAD diagnose, from May 2014 to Dec 2015,60 patients from Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province, divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group: take the Zhishen Jieyu decoction; the control group:take paroxetine (20 mg qd 8am). Both of the groups take 4 weeks period of treatment. We measured HAMA.TCM syndrome score before and after treatment.Result (1)According to HAMA Analysis, the total effective rates of treatment group were 86.68% and 83.33% in control group. There was no statistical significant difference among the two groups (P> 0.05). (2) For TCM syndrome scores, the total effective rates of treatment group were 90.00% and 73.33% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).With good efficacy and significance for the teatment of GAD based on the theory of Heavenly tenth zhishen.Conclusin The Zhishen Jieyu decoction can cure the GAD(the zhishen qi depression type) effectively.
