Effeets Of Zhishen Tiaosui Acupuncture Therapy On The Rehabilitation Of Unilateral Spatial Neglect After Stroke

Objective: To observation and discussion on the effect of zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy treated the patients with unilateral spatial neglect(USN)after stroke.To evaluate the clinical effect of zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy treating unilateral neglect after stroke.Method:To selected the first stroke patients with hemiplegia who came to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected and used detection methods to determine 64 cases of unilateral hemispherical neglect after right hemisphere stroke.These patients were randomly divided into the treatment of zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy group,and conventional acupuncture therapy group,32 cases in each group.The delete test,digit elimination test,two line test,drawing clock test and copy drawing test were used to evaluate unilateral spatial neglect,the FMA score was used to assess the motor function of the affected limb,and the MBI score was used to assess the daily living ability of the patients before and after 4 courses of treatment.Result: After 4courses of treatment,the zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy group's delete test,digital elimination test,two line test,clock drawing test and copy drawing test all showed a downward trend,and was significantly greater than conventional acupuncture therapy group at the same time(P < 0.05);The two groups of FMA scores were all rising(P <0.05);The MBI score in the zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy group was significantly higher than that conventional acupuncture therapy group(P < 0.05),and the MBI score was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.the early implementation of the zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the patients' cognition of unilateral spatial neglect,mobilize the patients' active participation and significantly improve the neglect degree of the affected side;2.The zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the motor function of hemiplegic limbs;3.The zhishen tiaosui acupuncture therapy has a positive effect on improvingcognitive impairment and self-care ability,meanwhile it can significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patients.
