Service System Design Of Urban Community Mental Health For Parent-Child Communication Barrier

With the progress of society and the increase of life pressure,the number of people with mental health problems is increasing,and people’s demand for mental health services is increasing.China also pays more attention to the mental health of the people,and has successively launched a series of policy documents to promote the construction of social mental health service system in China.As the most basic way to solve the national mental health problems,community mental health service has attracted people’s attention and become a demand of community public service in China,but there are still many service gaps.Among the various factors affecting mental health,parent-child communication barrier is not to be ignored.It is a more convenient solution to solve the mental health problems caused by parent-child communication barriers by using community service resources.Therefore,this topic combines the literature synthesis research method and the qualitative analysis method to carry on the research and the research work in the early stage of the design,and uses the design philosophy as the theoretical tool to guide the innovative design of the community mental health service facing the parent-child communication barrier.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following points: firstly,through a large number of literature research and all kinds of materials,we can understand the development status of community mental health services at home and abroad and the research status of parent-child communication barriers,understand the basic theory of science of affairs and service design and the application of Science in service design,and build the theoretical system of service design,so as to serve as parent-child communication The theoretical basis of the design practice of community mental health services with barriers.Then through the field research to understand the current situation of community mental health services and its problems,combined with user research and competitive product analysis,in-depth mining the pain points and opportunity points of target users.Next,according to the previous theoretical research and research conclusions,the AT-ONE Principle is used for design analysis and service design practice,and the community mental health service system for parent-child communication barriers is constructed,the service carrier product design is output,and the complete service design scheme is proposed.Finally,the service prototype method is used to evaluate the service scheme,put forward suggestions for improvement,summarize the subject and put forward the prospect.Based on the service design,this paper provides solutions for the community mental health services facing parent-child communication barriers,and proposes a more systematic and better user experience solution to better realize the role of community mental health services.At the same time,it can also be used as the exploration direction of universal community mental health services and provide theoretical basis for reference.
