Research On The Medical Service Pricing Decision System Of Public Hospitals Based On The Benefits Of Multi-target Groups

With the continuous advancement of my country’s deepening of the reform of the medical system,the pricing of medical services has become a key and sensitive issue in the reform of the medical system.The pricing process of medical services involves a large number of influencing factors,and the relationship of interests between relevant target groups is complicated,and there is a problem of "A slight move in one part may affect the whole situation".Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of game,based on the game theory to study the price of medical services,the main research results are as follows:First,based on game theory,conduct a game analysis of the target groups participating in pricing to further understand the behavior orientation and interest trends of each participating subject;then,starting from the game analysis results between the participating subjects,construct a relevant medical service pricing game model.For the game model between hospitals and hospitals,a two-stage dynamic game model between a grade-A hospital and a grade-A hospital was constructed,and a differentiated pricing game model between a grade-A hospital and a community hospital;a principal-agent game was constructed for hospitals and patients Model: Regarding the government and hospitals,construct a supply chain decision-making and coordination model between the government and hospitals.Second,based on the construction of the medical service pricing game model,describe the related process of medical service pricing,use MATLAB to simulate the medical service pricing game model,perform numerical analysis on it,and give examples of the medical service pricing game model Analyze and verify the practical applicability of the medical service pricing game model,and provide a reference for future medical service price reforms.Third,by consulting related research,using a combination of gray correlation analysis method and entropy method,based on the constructed medical service pricing game model,the establishment of a medical service price evaluation index system is instructive for the subsequent improvement of the medical service pricing game model Significance,to provide a reference for the government’s supervision and management of the medical service pricing process,and make the future medical service price setting more scientific and reasonable.
