| Objective:This study is mainly based on the tutor’s director Gao Jing’s many years of clinical experience, combined with clinical cases, specific in under the guiding principle of the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,by comparing the Jiaweiwusang Decoction combined with western medicine individual western medicine treatment of G1-G3 a stage type 2 diabetic kidney disease curative effect and safety of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Jiaweiwusang Decoction objective evaluation on the value of clinical application,to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of the disease.Method:In this study, collecting 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria(stable blood glucose and blood pressure)and were diagnosed as type 2 diabetic renal disease and treated in the outpatient department or ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this study. The recruited patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the RAND random function in Microsoft Office Excel 2019,with 30 cases in each group.Treatment group to Jiaweiwusang Decoction combined western medicine foundation treatment. The control group received simple western medicine basic treatment, observation of glucose metabolism in patients with 60 days index(Hb A1 c,FBG,PBG),albuminuria index(24h-PRO,UMA,UACR),lipid metabolism index(CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),blood pressure(SBP,DBP),security index, etc.,and adopts the quantitative TCM symptom integral evaluation of TCM symptoms improve the situation, the final evaluation curative effect according to the curative standard.Statistical software was used to analyze the data.Result:1.Effective rate: The effective rate of proteinuria treatment group(83.33%)was better than control group(26.67%),and the effective rate of TCM symptom treatment group(70%)was better than control group(16.67%).The differences were both statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM symptom score: the experimental group was optimal than the matched group in improving TCM symptoms, and there were significant differences between groups within the group comparison(P<0.05).In terms of the clinical symptoms of TCM,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patients’ turbidness of urine, fatigue, pant and spirit silence, dry mouth and throat, frequent urination and excessive urination, hand, foot and heart heat, palpitation and restlessness.3.Proteinuria: there were significant differences in 24h-PRO,UMA and UACR between the two groups compared with the treatment group(P<0.01),and there were statistical differences in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the levels of proteinuria in the experimental group and the control group were improved during therapy. The difference between the two counterparts was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicates the treatment group was optimal than the control group in improving patients’ proteinuria during therapy.4.Blood glucose and pressure: There were no important difference in blood glucose and pressure between the two groups.5.Lipid metabolism: There were significant differences in TG,CHO,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups(P<0.01),statistical differences in CHO and LDL-C between the two counterparts(P<0.05),and no significant differences in HDL-C between the two counterparts(P>0.05).There was no importtant difference between the two groups. It suggested that TG,CHO and LDL-C were significantly improved after treatment, but there was no difference in therapeutic effect between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:1.Jiaweiwusang Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of G1-G3 a stage type 2 diabetes kidney disease with Qi and Yin deficiency, has a significant effect in improving the patients’ related clinical symptoms and signs(such as turbidness of urine, fatigue, shortness of breath and sluggish speech, dry mouth and throat, frequent urination,hand-foot-heart heat, palpitation and restlessness,etc.2.Jiaweiwusang Decoction combined with western medicine can reduce patients’ proteinuria and protect the kidney, thus controlling the development of nephropathy.3.Safety: There were no adverse reactions and other events in this study, and the safety was acceptable. |
