The Clinical Research Of Yuye Decoction For The Treatment Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Type In The Ⅲ And Ⅳ Term Diabetic Kidney Disease

Objective: This study observes the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yuye Decoction in the treatment of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic kidney disease(qi and yin deficiency syndrome),providing a more comprehensive and scientific theoretical basis for the clinical application of the prescription,and laying a theoretical foundation for its further promotion and application.Methods: From December 2019 to November 2020,66 patients who were admitted to the Third Department of Nephrology of Shanxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group;Both groups of patients were treated with conventional Western medicine and individualized treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yuye decoction,and the control group was treated with Irbesartan tablets.6 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment are observed;Evaluation and analysis of clinical efficacy were made by observing laboratory indicators such as urine protein,serum albumin,blood sugar,renal function and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results: Case completion status: This study included 66 patients who met the requirements,33 cases in each of the two groups,1 case in the treatment group fell off due to failure to treat according to the prescribed protocol,and 1 case in the control group fell off because of being lost to follow-up after 6 weeks of treatment,The rest of the tested patients’ cases are complete;The comparison of the two groups of patients before treatment:gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score and 24 h UTP,UACR,ALB,Hb Al C,FBG,Cr,BUN were not significantly different(P>0.05);At the end of the 12 th week of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,24 h UTP,UACR,Cr,and BUN of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and ALB was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Hb Al C in the treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),while the control group had no significant changes compared with before treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant statistical difference in FGB between the two groups of patients compared with before treatment(P>0.05);At the end of the 12 th week of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.75% in the treatment group and 65.625% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);During the clinical study,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion: Jiawei Yuye Decoction is safe and effective in treating stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy(Deficiency of Qi and Yin),and its curative effect is better than that of Irbesartan tablets;Jiawei Yuye Decoction can significantly reduce the urine protein of patients with diabetic kidney disease,further control blood sugar,protect kidney function,delay the progression of the disease,and can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It has the value and significance of clinical promotion.
