The Effect Of Wenyang Huayu Lishui Decoction On Serum Inflammatory Factors In Patients With Stage ? Diabetic Kidney Disease With Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type

ObjectiveIn this study,we observed the effect of Wenyang Huayu Lishui Decoction on serum inflammatory factors in patients with stage ? diabetic kidney disease spleen-kidney yang deficiency type,and explored the clinical effect and mechanism of this Decoction on patients with stage ? diabetic kidney disease spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.MethodFrom April 2018 to April 2019,60 DKD patients with deficiency of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type in phase ? who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the nephrology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly assigned into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment,30 in each group.The patients in the observation group and the control group received basic Western medicine treatment(hypoglycemia,lipid regulation and blood pressure reduction),on this basis,the control group was given Jinshuibao capsule,while the observation group was given Wenyang Huayu Lishui Decoction(1 dose per day,300 ml water decoction,warm in the morning and evening after meals),for 8 weeks.The changes of serum inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-?,24 h UPr,UAER,SCR,Hb A1 c,TC,TG)and TCM symptom scores were observed before and after treatment,We also recorded the related adverse events,and evaluated the therapeutic effect and safety of Wenyang Huayu Lishui Decoction on stage ? diabetic nephropathy(spleen kidney yang deficiency type).Result(1)Clinical efficacy: the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 70.0%,and that of the control group was 53.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05);(2)Changes of inflammatory factors: the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-? and IL-6 in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower(P< 0.05),Compared with the control group,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-?and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.01);(3)Changes of blood glucose and blood lipid: Hb A1c,TC and TG in the observation group and the control group were all lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,Hb A1 c,TC and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05);(4)Changes of renal function related indexes: The 24 hUPR,UAER and SCR in the observation group and the control group were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,the 24 hours UPR,UAER and SCR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05);Conclusion(1)Wenyang Huayu Lishui decoction can reduce the level of hs-CRP,TNF-? and IL-6 in patients with stage ? diabetic kidney disease with spleen-kidney yang deficiency type,and reduce the damage of inflammatory factors to kidney.(2)Wenyang Huayu Lishui decoction can effectively reduce TC,TG,Hb A1c,24hupr and UAER in patients with stage ? diabetic kidney disease with spleen-kidney yang deficiency type,reduce the damage of non immune and non inflammatory factors to the kidney,so as to improve the renal function.(3)Wenyang Huayu Lishui decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stage ? diabetic kidney disease,and no adverse events occurred during the treatment,with good safety.
